Amazing staff at this hotel. During my stay I ended up in a tough situation involving a taxi driver and my mom's phone going missing. The management here helped me communicate, coordinated a three-way call, and helped step by step until we got it sorted. What stood out most was how human they were. They did not treat it like "not our problem." They treated it like a person needed help. If you are considering this hotel, know that you will be looked after by good people.

There wasn’t curtains whole room was full of light in the middle of night , no pillows for second bed , water was leaking from radiators, there was soo much noice and couldn’t close the windows due to fault , stay was horrible

Great location, but messed up my booking

Initially, the hotel said they didn't have my booking, and told me I was in a wrong hotel, sent me elsewhere. I came back with my booking details, and insisted them to check again, as the address was correct and all was paid for. They then realised that they stuffed up my booking, gave my room to someone else with a similar first name, and gave me another room eventually. Staff smoked in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate but same everyday.

We started here twice in 1 week.First stay our first room was very small (our booked room not ready),moved to another room for the second night….could barely even open the door to get into the bathroom due to bed blocking door. Could not cool the room down…heat pump would only allow heat.We returned for a third night a little later in the week and the room we got that night was much better.Only downfall was again could not cool the room down…only heat from heat pump.Rooms a little rundown but price was excellent.Good for a place to sleep.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is literally 30 steps away from the main street that never sleeps. We love the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. You can smoke hookah (shisha) and drink turkish chai in the lobby. The standard is very good if you compare it to many other hotel's if you want to live very central and close to everything. Otel tam anlamıyla hiç uyumayan ana caddeye 30 adım uzaklıktadır. Personeli seviyorum. Onlar çok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Lobide nargile içebilir ve Türk çayı içebilirsiniz. Çok merkezi ve her şeye yakın yaşamak istiyorsanız, diğer otellerle kıyaslarsanız standart çok iyidir. Kind regards Nasrin & Merage

Every hotel I stayed in in Turkey was fantastic, except this one. The young man at the front desk upon checkin was clearly not trained in customer service, or perhaps didn't care to be. I was put in a hotel room without a working bathroom, and told there were no other rooms in the hotel. I don't know if that was true or not as it didn't seem very full. I was offered use of the hotel lobby bathroom instead of the one I paid for in my room. It was late, so I did. No discount or adjustment was offered, no room change, and when I complained about it later they said it was too late because I already stayed in the room. Even a small discount for the inconvenience would have been satisfactory, but the hotel staff thought this was appropriate customer service.

The hotel have such a small bathrooms which is not convenient at all and they have only one room with balcony in the whole hotel however it doesn't really shpws like that when checking for information about the hotel. The breakfast sometimes was nearly finished even though it was a buffet breakfast, the staff seemed not to bothered about that. There was same kind of breakfast every day during my stay. The rooms are so small, only 2 people can fit into a room which is shown as a 3 people room so there isn't a clear description of rhe rooms. Be mindful of that. In one of my room, i couldn't even open or close the door of the toilet because of the extra single bed in such a small room. On the night you cannot even sleep because of the noises from outside. It's non smoking arear where they usually put the breakfast and everyone is smoking so therefore no safety of the food and non pf the staff is stopping people to smoke where the food is. The staff is highly unprofessional and they don't even have the idea of how customers should be treated. The shuttle itself is overcharged when i booked a Mercedes with the facilities on it for airport but i got a dirty and normal van so be mindful booking shuttle.

Otele görsellere ve yorumlara bakarak yer ayırttık. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil, çok daha dar ve bakımsız odalar var. Temizlik konusunda da vasat altı denebilir, ölmüş böcekler hala duvarlarda ve yerlerde. Çöp de temizlenmemişti, bizden önceki misafirlerin çöpleri olduğu gibi duruyordu. Odanın genel durumu da son derece bakımsızdı. Konumu çok iyi ancak diğer konularda başarılı bulmadık.

Ich war noch nie in meinem Leben in so ein verdrecktes Hotel. Ich habe Economy Zimmern für meine Familie reserviert und zu meinem Schrecken sahen die Zimmer wie in einem Knast aus. Ich habe dann auf ein größeres Zimmer "upgraden" müssen denn in der kleinen Zelle habe ich mich gestickt gefühlt. Der Typ an der Rezeption hat 100 Euro dafür verlangt. So eine Unverschämtheit. Zudem gibt es dort Schimmel an jeder Ecke. Die Betten waren so verdreckt man mag sich nicht aufs Bett setzen. Ich und meine Familie wurden von Milben dort gebissen. Das Frühstück ist so ekelhaft wie das Hotel selbst. Ich kann das Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Tut euch das nicht an.

Værelset er så lille at adgang til wc er slet ikke muligt uden at flytte sengen. Wc alt for lille at du kan slet ikke sidde lige så du sidder skævt på potten og bruseren er lige op over wc. Du kan ikke påklæde dig eller afklæde dig derinde.
