The location of this property is very convenient, the cleanliness of the rooms and the services are practically non-existent. It is also a shame that Expedia was not available to change our accommodation, despite the advance notice. In practice we were forced to change the property, paying for another hotel that at the same price offered us a much better room and services.

Inadequate Breakfast and rude Hostess

I am a very frequent visitor to Istanbul and always stay in this area and similar range price/facilities hotels. Welcome host male was a good person throughout our stay, breakfast was absolutely inadequate compared to others hotels in this area. Hostess was quite rude aggressive and would eyeball, raise her voice and completely unaccommodating which ruined our experience. I have never put a bad review neither became annoyed of little issues but this one was an exception as just sitting for breakfast was a sour experience. Male host was reasonable and we did tipped him. We won't be visiting or staying at this establishment for sure. Overall not recommended unless you just want to crashing(sleeping) place on budget.

Bathroom had Mould. Narrow staircase to carry a suitcase up two floors. Bed sheets had holes in them. No air conditioning. I am surprised that such hotels are recommended by Expedia. I will use other avenues from now on to search for hotels since this poor standard is acceptable to Expedia to host on their site.

The staff who welcomed me was very useful and kind. However the hotel is often left unattended and/with people who do not know much about the hotel bookings and it is hard to communicate agreed conditions with some of them.

the staff at front desk is rude. the room is dirty, the bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was broken and was tapped. the night stand table had stain, the refrigerator was dirty. staff was rude to a friend who dropped me off at the hotel and wanted to help me with my luggage to the fourth floor, dhe started yelling at him hes not allowed to go up.

DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE PLACE

This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are not soundproof and you can constantly hear noises all day and night long. The terrace bar does not exist, the staff are rude and unaware. There are no window views at all. I would highly recommend to stay aware from this place. It is dirty and disgusting and would highly recommend staying away from Hotel.com too.

The property was smelling cigarettes,heater was not functional , beds not confortable , very noisy in The morning, the grooming makes a l lot of noise . Receptionist didn’t talk English , and was seems not happy cause our flight was late and we made our check in in late night cause he was sleeping , and was not happy cause we had to go out again to look for something to eat . I had to change my booking same moment and looking for an other hotel .

Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Oda son derece pis ve hijyenden tamamen uzaktı. Yataklar kirliydi, verilen havlu kirliydi ve değiştirilmesini talep ettiğimde iki kez daha kirli havlu getirildi. Üçüncü denemede ancak temiz bir havlu alabildim. Resepsiyon ekibi de son derece ilgisiz, çözüm odaklı olmayan bir tutum sergiledi. Check in adeta ayaküstü ve özensiz şekilde gerçekleştirildi. Fiyatın uygun olmasını bazı eksikliklere yorumlayabilirsiniz fakat bu seviye kabul edilebilir bir durum değil. Fotoğraflarda görünen teras gerçekte yoktu. Asansör bulunmuyor ve merdivenler hem aşırı dar hem de güvensiz bir yapıda. Banyo lavabosunun yanında yangın merdivenlerine bakan bir açıklık vardı, kapanmıyor ve son derece rahatsız edici bir güvenlik zaafiyeti oluşturuyordu. Duş kabininin kapısı da bozuktu. Genel olarak son derece güvensiz, kirli ve kötü bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Lütfen bu tuzağa düşmeyin. Biraz daha bütçe ayırıp düzgün bir yerde kalın.

Kan bestemt ikke anbefales. Badet var møg beskidt. Madrasserne på senge de var brugt op, da de var begyndt at bøje fordi der er blevet siddet så meget i midten af madrassen. Hotel lugtede grimt. Meget lille hotel med en meget stejl vinkeltrappe, som du skal gå op af min sin kuffert. Værten sov på sofaen i den kun 8 km2 lille lobby.

Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Sehr enge Treppen. Dem Personal war es egal, Hauptsache, die haben ihr Geld bekommen. Sind in der ersten Nacht wieder ausgecheckt.

Badezimmer hat stark nach Moder/Schimmel gestunken, so stark das man die Badezimmertür und Badfenster zu machen musste, so das keine Luftstrom mehr war das daqs Geruch ins Zimmer wehte. Trotz Reklamation habe ich erst am 4.Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da hatte ich schon die Geduld verloren gehabt und ein anderes Hotel besucht. VG Misel Uzlas

Très bon séjour, le personnel très accueillant. Hôtel familiale très sympa. Jolie vue de notre chambre au dernier étage. Terrasse avec jolie vue également. Cette chambre ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilites réduites car pas mal d’escalier. L’hôtel propose également un restaurant.
