I'd stay again if I could get more comfortablecool

Pleasant welcome. Air vent in my room did a good job cooling the room, but it's placement skipped the bed leaving me waking up in a sweat on a hot summer night. Some mold growth in the shower that I think I'm reading to. Clean and modern rooms otherwise. Staff was cool when I interacted. Breakfast was excellent for a Turkish buffet, get you olive and cheese fix. Resident cat was qwerky and cute. Really cool location, in the maze of streets in this area.

Basic things were missing. No complementary water was in the room. Need to ask many times if anything / help required. Not gonna book again / going to recommend. Room was not fully ready for a new guest check in.

We paid for superior twin room with city or garden view and we got a room on the first floor with big wall in front of the windows and between the wall and window they had few pots of flowers (that was the garden??) It felt like we are in jail. Room smells .Smoking everywhere. Bathroom and Shower veri small. Beds not komftable at all.This is not 4 star hotel.I will not give tmem even 2

İlk başlarda her şeyin iyi olduğu fakat 2-3 kez iletişime geçtiğim resepsiyonda görevli Azerbaycanlı olduğunu tahmin ettiğim kadın personelin kaba ve hizmet sektörüne yakışmayan bir tavrı olduğudur! Geç çıkış konusunda yardımcı olmaması ki bunu anlıyorum müsaitlikte olabilecek bir durum ve 15 dk gecikmenin ardından telefonda terslemesi ve çıkış sırasında işlemleri bile yapmadan görmemezlikten gelmesi kenarda para sayması çok kaba ve çirkin bir tavırdı! Bir hizmet sektörü personeli olarak kesinlikte hoş bir durum olmadığını söylemek isterdim. Eğer böyle bir muamele ile karşılaşmak istemiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Bu benim içinde tekrardan tercih etmeme nedenim olacaktır. Bir kişi yüzünden bu şekilde bir işletmenin imajının olumsuz olarak etkilenmesi maalesef hoş değil. Güzel şeylerden bahsedecek olursam odam üst katta güzel ve televizyonu akıllıydı. Temizlik talebine zamanında müdahale ediyordu fakat bununda sadece görünür kısımlarında olması çıkış gününde fark ettiğim bir durumdu çünkü yatak ve koltuk altları kirli bir vaziyetteydi. Kahvaltı genel olarak iyiydi fakat ne beklediğiniz önemlidir. Ek olarak orada çalışan personelin kendi aralarındaki konuşmalara dikkat etmesini tavsiye ederim. Memnun kaldığım ve hizmet gördüğüm kısım ise kesinlikle otelin konumu, bellboy arkadaşların ve housekeeping personelinin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olmasıydı.

Konaklamam resepsiyonda görevli Azerbaycanlı olduğunu tahmin ettiğim kadın personel haricinde genel olarak iyiydi. Kendisinin bir hizmet sektörüne göre çok kaba ve konuşmayı bilmeyen bir tarzının olduğuna özellikle belirtmek isterim. Geç çıkış konusundaki kaba tavrı ve 15 dk gecikmenin ardından telefonda terslemesi, çıkış sırasında misafirin yüzüne bile bakmadan başka bir kısımda başka bir işle uğraşması hiç hoş değildi. Tekrardan ziyaret etmemem için geçerli bir sebep olduğunu söylemek isterim. Böyle işletmelerin maalesef 1 kişi yüzünden olumsuz imaj bırakması maalesef hoş değil. Oda temizliği olarak görünen kısımların temizliğinin iyi olduğunu söylemek isterim ama maalesef yatak altı ve koltuk altı kısmının kirliliği son gün fark ettiğim olaydı ama güzel şeylerden bahsedecek olursak tesisin konumu, bellboy arkadaşlar ve housekeeping personeli güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi. Temizlik ihtiyacımıza zamanında müdahale ediliyordu. Emekleri için teşekkürler. Kahvaltı genel olarak iyiydi fakat orada görevli arkadaşların kendi aralarında konuşmalarına biraz dikkat etmesi gerektiğini söylemek isterim.

İlk gün girdiğimizde resepsiyonda duran hanımefendi çok kaba ve itici biriydi odamız 606 nolu odaydı çatı katını kapatmışlar temizlik malzemelerinin arasından geçerek gidiyorsunuz odaya. Oda temizliği berbat yatağın içinden kadın saçı çıktı daha ilk girdiğimizde içimiz hiç rahat etmedi aynı şekilde havlularda saç vardı ve kirliydi kahvaltı berbat ötesi evet maliyeti düşerebilirsiniz çok fazla ürün vermeyebilirsiniz ama içi yeşermiş yumurta da veremezsiniz hiç kahvaltı yapamadık bence işletme sahipleri gözden geçirip düzenlenmeli otelini tek olumlu yönü iyi bir lokasyonda olması kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum kendimde hizmet sektöründe çalışıyorum böyle vasat bir işletme olamaz

The hotel is smell not good and the bathroom and shower was very small when you take shower the floor get all wet ..and I booked 2room the other room the conditions not working and one of the window broken not close.

Horrible....

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I have stayed in more than 100 places in the country and abroad so far, but I haven’t stayed in a place as bad as this hotel. It was such a dirty place that I even opened the door handle with a napkin. When we first entered the room there were mud stains on the ground. Bathroom was dirty too.. I don’t even want to mention to ridiculous breakfast. There was no privacy, we could even hear the notification sound of the guests in the next room. You can stay much better place for the same price..

Broken leg on bed, single bed was like an uneven table. Pictures that showed up for our room while booking were not the pictures of our actual room. Just a smoky glass wall separating bed from shower/toilet. It is necessary to walk through shower water to reach toilet as the shower is the first contact when entering bathroom. Bathroom has common floor for shower/toilet. Sheets had some dirt on them, same as pillow cases, same as floor. Walls seem paper thin as you can hear people fart in next room. Hostess was as accommodating as possible but with no other rooms available there was not much we could do. They offered to move us to a different room the following day but we chose to lose our money for the next nights stay and go elsewhere. As a man, I could have tolerated it but it is not fit for a woman. Overpriced for what you get. 2 stars. (Standard double room).

The night staff was terrible We invited friends over for supper and they will not allow them to go to the room They tried to force us to rent another two rooms other than the one that we had For 3 times the money of what I paid And I kept asking him why and for what reason do we need to have three rooms for? I tried to go online and book another room with Expedia at the same hotel and they told us that now their system is down and they have no more rooms I had no choice other than either kick my relatives out or go and rent a room some elsewhere So the staff called us a cab to go to another hotel And the taxi driver ripped us off However we got another cab and we got a room some elsewhere I went back the next morning and I talked to the manager she clearly told me that it is a nonrefundable booking. The staff was terrible extremely terrible.

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen

Dieses Hotel war 2014-2015 wg. der Lage, Sauberkeit und die Grösse der Zimmer ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Nach meinem jetzigen Aufenthalt rate ich jedem dringend ab, da der hygienische Zustand nicht vertretbar ist. Das Hotel ist abgenutzt, abgewohnt usw. Llässt sich alles für 1-2 Tage aushalten aber die Hygiene ist furchtbar. Ich habe das Hotel nach der ersten Nacht verlassen und habe ein tolles in der gleichen Preiskategorie gefunden.

Proche de tout et pas chèr

Le séjour avait mal commencé mais finalement la réceptionniste a fait de notre séjour une merveille elle nous a même donnée une suite plus chère que notre réservation. Cet Hôtel est proche de tout place Taksim , métro rue istiqlal c’est une bonne place pour séjourner et planifier vos sorties à Istanbul j’y reviendrai
