L’état des chambres laisse à désirer ( radiateur non fixé, plâtre s’effritant, meubles et tête de lit en très mauvais états. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est le lieu où il se trouve.

Was uns gut gefallen hat, war, dass es unmittelbar gegenüber der sirkeci marmaray Station war und es zu Fuß 10 Minuten zu Eminönü waren. Müll wurde regelmäßig geholt vom Zimmer.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, Hotel an sich sehr runtergekommen.
Klar habe ich mich für einen günstigen Hotel entschieden, aber das es so ungepflegt ist, damit hätte ich nicht gerechnet.
Es ist absolut nicht behindertengerecht, zumal man eine Etage zu Fuß laufen muss und erst dann über Treppen auch erst den Aufzug erreicht. Beim verlassen des Aufzuges bin ich fast die Treppen runtergefallen weil man nicht den Boden sonst direkt die Stufe der Treppen betretet. Kein Hinweisschild, absolut gefährlich. Die Zimmer sind normal eingerichtet was mich nicht gestört hat, aber wenn auf einer Abbildung ein TV abgebildet ist, sollte dieser TV auch funktionieren. Obwohl es hieß es kümmere sich jemand drum, kam nie wieder einer wegen dem
TV.
Haartrockner im
Bad Kabel war schon verschmort, sowas geht mal gar nicht..
Zimmer waren sehr kalt, nachts waren die Heizungen aus. Die Wände waren teilweise nass auch die Fenster. Komplettsanierung nötig.
Also lieber paar Cent mehr ausgeben und sich wohler fühlen wie dieses. Sorry aber ohne Kritik, wird sich da nichts ändern

Je hoort wat anderen op hun kamers doen.
Er was een bouwwerkzaamheid in dat gebouw. Ze waren zelfs in de nacht bezig. Hotelpersoneel deed er niets aan, aldus Turkse politie.

In eerste instantie gaven ze ons de verkeerde kamer. Personeel was daarna ook onvriendelijk om verder te helpen. Kamer zelf in slechte staat (kapotte meubilair) en onrein. In de badkamer schimmels te vinden en is zeer klein. Hygiene is heel slecht op de kamer
De maaltijden zijn niet vers, en ze brengen je de volgende dag ook voedsel van de vorige dag (bv. hard oud brood).
Al met al, slechte service met ook nog eens geen nette kamers.

Séjour agréable, l'hotel a une situation idéale par rapport aux monuments à visister juste à coté ainsi que pour le reste. Point n égatif, ma chambre n'a jamais été faite pendant les 4 jours de séjour alors que le room service avait la chambre des autres amis.

staff don't even say hello and are rude.
the rooms are small and do not get cleaned every day.
the bathroom tiles are covered with mold
breakfast was also not tasty every morning same breakfast and I have seen that if there was food on the plate that they put it back

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Fotos. Bei Ankunft wird versucht ein teures Zimmer gegen Aufpreis zu verkaufen. An vielen Wänden war Schimmel. Gut war, dass ich es am Ende stornieren konnte.
