First and foremost, The owner of the property threatened me verbally through my private number after I left a review on google. -The staff here is absolutely terrible. -It was difficult to find someone to greet us upon arrival. -Our sheets that were stained never got changed in 4 days even after complaining. -There was a half eaten icecream frozen in our fridge, that also never got cleaned even after complaing about it. -The wifi did not work for 2 days, and when it did it would cut on and off. -The shower was absolutely disgusting and had black marks, mold im assuming.. -Also the shower head was broken and kept falling over. -Our towels were stained. Lastly they advertised free parking but it is merely street parking that gets crammed and your car will even get blocked in.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Stayed there for 11 days. The staff is helpful (speak Russian and English). The room was large and bright. What I would like to draw attention to. The first is the sewage system. Not a pleasant smell lasted almost the entire time of our stay. Second, monotonous breakfasts. But if you wish, they can cook scrambled eggs for you. And the cleanliness of the towels leaves much to be desired.

Perfect place and location.

Enjoyed stay at this place. Owners are very welcoming and accomodating, we stayed for 4 days and got upgraded to deluxe rooms. View from rooftop are beautiful. It was just as advertised. Breakfast is also very good but juices need improvement. Also if you bring your car make sure to tell the front desk that you'll need to go out so no one blocks your way. Would love to stay again and recommend to everyone who wants to stay at walking distance from blue mosque.

Great location - close to all the Sultanahmet sites. Really nice breakfast and great little patio to eat it looking right at Little Sofia Mosque. Quiet! Really thoughtful staff.

Ottima posizione

Albergo ben posizionato, a due minuti a piedi da piazza sultanamet, personale gentilissimo con attenzione verso il cliente e sempre sorridenti, camera confortevole con frigobar con acqua gratuita, colazione nulla di eccezionale, poca varietà, nella media. La notte si dormiva bene grazie alla tranquillità della sua posizione, non passano auto perchè è situato in una strada chiusa. La nota dolente è la pulizia della camera, cambiavano gli asciugamani e veniva rifatto il letto, nulla di più. Nemmeno il pavimento veniva lavato e ci siamo stati 8 giorni... Cmq nel complesso un buon albergo se non si hanno grosse pretese e non si vogliono spendere grosse cifre. Lo consiglierei per famiglie o coppie.

Ich bin angenehm überrascht über die Gastfreundlichkeit das Hotel schaut von außen nicht besonders aus aber es ist alles sauber es ist alles da die Betten sind bequem und die Leute vom Hotel geben sich Mühe und in Touristen weiterzuhelfen für mich war es die beste Entscheidung so ein kleines Hotel zu mieten als ein großes anonymes.

فندق عائلي قريب من المزارات التاريخية

الفندق جيد ومالكه واسرته رائعين وقدموا خدمات جيدة. الفندق يقع على شارع منخفض بالنسبة لمسجد السلطان احمد. الغرف ضيقة مثل معظم فنادق اسطنبول لكنها نظيفة ومرتبة. الفندق لا يرى البحر الا في الطابق الثالث والاخير. الافطار معقول ويلبي المتطلبات الرئيسية لوجبات الافطار. الفندق قريب جدا من المزارات التاريخية لمدينة اسطنبول وقربة من محطة ترام السلطان احمد وكذلك من محطات باص الكورنيش. بشكل عام الفندق جيد ومناسب للعائلات

Close to most of the main historical site

Great, very helpful and kind management staff. Amazing city! the hotel is near almost everything within walking distance. I recommend using the Big Bus Tour, there is a stop about 5 min from the hotel. Becareful with restaurant prices, always ask for costs before you go in.

i had a good stay. as i already mentioned the staff were great. very friendly and helpful. i asked for dinner early one evening and the food was nice. the family were eating their dinner on one side of the dining area and i was on the other side. yet it was a very homely feeling. just a couple of criticisms. i was woken up at five in the morning by singing/chanting coming from the mosque. the other thing being the owner said he'd give me an alarm call on the morning (4am0 i was checking out, but didn't. it doesn't matter. i depended on my mobile's alarm for that little matter. thank you to the hotel staff for your over-all hospitality.

Zentrales aber sehr unzureichendes Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 2 familienzimmer mit 1 doppelbett und 2 einzelbetten pro Zimmer gebucht, dafür haben wir 2 Zimmer mit ein doppelbett und ein Zustellbett bekommen wir haben eib kleines zimmer bekommen das zimmer war total schmutzig in unserem 5 tage Aufenthalt wurden nur die handtücher gewechselt weder das zimmer wurde gereinigt noch die bettwäsche. Das Frühstücksbüffet war mangelhaft weder das tee noch andere lebensmittel haben ausgereicht das brot war immer vom vortag. Der absolute hAmmer war dass wir beim frühstück auf andere gäste warten mussten weil andere plätze nicht vorhanden waren. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett aber kein preis leistungsverhältniss

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing

Eine Woche Städteurlaub in Istanbul, hier war das Siesta-Hotel der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Die Hagia-Sophia, die Blaue Moschee, die Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit, ein guter Ort zum Schlafen für einen Städtereisenden, der kein Luxushotel sucht, sondern eine Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nähe der Sehenswürtigkeit.

We stayed there for 4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much. They do not have big buffet but they can prepare you nice breakfast per your order(no charge if included in room price). Rooms are Nice and Clean. Bathroom was Great.Nicely renovated. Excellent Friendly Staff. It is really a NICE place to stay in Istanbul.
