This is not an hotel to me.. This is my greatest Home in İstanbul. I know every single person that takes care of us here by now and every single one of them like a family to me. The rooms are very modern, spacious and confortable; the only negative side is the constant under-the-bed light sensor that keeps lighting everytime you get out of bed or get close to it; it’s actually quite annoying and there should be a way to disactivate it The Main hotel, Chess Restaurant , is quite good for lunch/dinner but the breakfast could be much more improved especially with the beverages ( juices and coffees really mediocre) But, overall, great Hotel and the location is the best in the area of Esenyurt , close to the Exhibition grounds

Many thanks to the reception personnel. I arrived in the morning, with the idea to just drop my luggage to head to the show. They instead have let me check in and immediately brought my suitcase to the room. Very helpful and customer oriented, and really appreciated. Next yo the outstanding service, hotel is brand new and we'll kept. Great stay.
