We had a great experience staying at the hotel! Hotel is very clean, the customer service and checking in and checking out were top notch. The lady and gentleman at the reception were very polite and friendly. It’s within a walking distance from a lot of places and transportation. We highly recommend it for anyone.

Amazing staff special thanks to Miss Enass and Mr Moath , they made sure my stay is wonderful, clean hotel , great location . One down side is the area is alive till late which makes it difficult to sleep , but that's expected and accepted due to the close proximity of Taksim square. Thanks again Miss Enass And Mr Moath .

The hotel room was fairly new and clean. Staff attended to my needs promptly. I enjoyed the balcony sitting out and enjoying my morning tea. It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience, when choosing a room on the WEB, I paid for a superior one that was more expensive than the standard one and, most importantly, was larger. However, upon arrival they gave me a small Barbie room, and when I said I had paid for a larger one, they told me that the photo must have been from another hotel of theirs. I had a very bad time, the bathroom does not have a single piece of furniture to leave things and I had to put the kettle on the floor, the closet did not have shelves or hangers, throughout the stay I had to leave my clothes in the bag. And to add to the bad experience, the internet and TV never worked.

Overall it was good. But the room was a little small. The location is very good. Super close to everything! Very friendly staff and ready to help all the time! I dont know where to begin.. This hotel with the people and service are top class! 10/10!!! Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul. We will without a doubt book this hotel again. Das Hotel und das Personal top. Das Hotel liegt in eine Gasse das wunderschön ist und alles kann Mann zu Fuss erreichen.
