Very convenient location for what I wanted to do. Shopping is not far away. Eating is just around the corner. Unfortunately they have very noisy customers. It’s not hotels fault. But they need to be told to behave in a certain manner in the hotel so that the other hotel guests are not effected,

The hotel is very closing to the airport bus station and just walking 5 minutes to the Taksim square. The hotel is clean but lighting into room is definitely needed improvement, especially you need to work with your notebook. You need to bring you own cup not only for drinking water but also tooth brushing otherwise you only have paper cup provided by the hotel.

Trotz mehrmaliger Meldung an das Hotelpersonal wurde nichts unternommen, um die Situation zu verbessern. Es ist enttäuschend, dass keine Reaktion auf berechtigte Beschwerden erfolgte.
