C’est un hôtel que j’ai déjà pris dans le passé mais le personnel a changer … Aucun savoir vivre ! Aucune politesse… Bref … Hôtel propre mais aucun relationnel… Le personnel fume à l’entrée sans vous laisser la place pour passer et surtout pas de bonjour !!

Merhaba, geçtiğimiz hafta sonu iki gece konakladık arkadaşımla. Ne yazık ki temizlikte sınıfta kaldı bizim için. Odaya girilmiş sadece su ve tuvalet kağıdı koyulmuştu. Çarşaflar değişmemişti, havlular değişmemişti. Yerler süpürülüp silinmemişti. Çay içtiğim bardak bile öylece kirli duruyordu. Odaya hiç girilmeseydi belki bizim söylememizi beklemişlerdir diyebilirdik ama su koyup yanındaki kirli bardağı öylece bırakmaları çöl saçma. Otel ana caddede olduğu için trafik sesini çok net duyuyorsunuz. Mini buzdolabı vardı ama çalışmıyordu .Yatak çarşafı ilk geldiğimiz akşam lekeliydi.

Terrible experience

My stay at the hotel was terrible. The hotel lobby is so narrow and the elevator was so small. Reaching to the elevator is difficult if you have big bags. No one has helped me to move my Laggage. The room was very bad and there is a bad smell throughout the hotel and in particular inside the room. I could not sleep or even stay inside the room. The room was so dirty and the windows are not sound proof. I asked the receptionist to change my room, but he said there is no available rooms for me. Therefore I left the hotel by the first night where I paid for two nights. I have never ever experienced such terrible day in my travel time.

otopark olmaması büyük eksiklik. oda buz gibiydi camlardan soğuk hava giriyordu. cam tam kapanmadığı için sabaha kadar yol gürültüsü çektim. çevre zaten tekinsiz bir yerde. çarşıya yakın, ulaşım konusunda iyi.

new place and clean very good retail rate. but no internet WiFi also too much noise from traffic. They didn't provide tooth brash. The front desk employee not professional. But Clean room and comfortable bed.
