The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend!

Hotel is beautiful, room was huge with the biggest comfiest bed ever. Bathroom was spectacular from automatic heated toilet to the tub and shower was huge. Staff very friendly and helpful and kept room clean and stocked with fresh water fresh fruit and sweets. 10/10

We had a great stay at the Rayelin hotel, it is in a quiet location, easy to get around with close transport links, bus, metro and tram, and possible to walk to many of the sites. The room was very new and clean, soundproofed with good quiet air con, thank you Endaw who was always very welcoming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, particularly Mehmet Tilbec who welcomed us at breakfast, the breakfast food was very good and varied. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Istanbul again!

Amazing beyond description. All staff are super great. Pool is amazing. Rooms are so comfy and good smell of corridors. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Im definitely coming back again here. Receptionists and Mehmet and Abdullah and Ayla and Chef Eyup were super great and amazing. I travelled to many countries and been to Istanbul 3 times before but never have been to an amazing hotel like that.

I can not begin how amazing this hotel is. I travel all over the world and stay in hundreds of Hotels and this one is by far one of the best I have ever been to. From the second you walk in you get greated by everyone. They are super friendly, helpful and professional. The amount of attention they pay to details is very much appreciated. It is super clean, modern, comfortable and the rooms are bright. I will never stay at another hotel in Istanbul. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I'm very much looking forward to returning.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast offered a decent, basic variety, which was satisfactory for a simple start to the day. I loved that the hotel is connected to the Mado dessert shop, which was a bonus for enjoying some treats. However, the experience was let down by several factors. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear the constant traffic outside, car horns, people talking in the walkway, and the cleaners moving equipment, this led to a significant lack of sleep, which really impacted my stay. When trying to book a hamam for Sunday as a birthday treat, I was initially told by the spa staff that it was fully booked. However, when I asked again on another day and insisted that they check the appointment slots, they suddenly had availability between 1pm and 9pm—the entire day! The sauna and steam room were great, but the pool was always a little cold, and maintenance in the pool area was lacking. Me and several others amost slipped on the wet tile floor caused by children jumping into the pool, which created large puddles that weren't cleaned up. This safety issue, combined with the noise problem and the frustrating hamam booking experience, was enough to put me off from staying here again.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Area was central Was able to do all tour, booked via staff . Room was slightly small, safe was on the floor, no regular tissue was provided. SPA ,Suana and swimming pool was average. Turkish bath not available, only message at extra charge.

I had a pleasant stay at the Rayelin Hotel. I was upgraded to a better suite on arrival and I absolutely loved it. The room and bathroom was spacious, the shower was my favourite. The staffs were friendly and (Akin)was super helpful when I misplaced my phone. The breakfast could be better, not much options to chose from but I will definitely visit again. :)
