The basement room with garden had some problems -- odor from cats who seemed to pee in the hallway leading to the garden. However, we were able to upgrade for a relatively modest fee to the family double on the first floor, which was very nice -- pretty balcony, high ceilings, very clean. Overall a good stay.

Small boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a room for 3 adults. Great location. Walking distance to the ferry. Very small bathroom. Hotel is in need of some refreshing (pealing paint, finishes).

The welcoming and staff was lovely, helpfull and its feels secure, the cleanliness is superb, some facilities arround the lobby or waiting area can be enhanced, for example to provide more power outles in lobby while waiting.

Best place in Kadıköy

Very nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Kadıköy. It’s close to the ferry, bus station and metro, Moda is just minutes away from it. You can easily find a place to eat nearby. The personnel is amazing, they will help you with any issues you face. The hotel was recently open so the furniture is brand you and the mattress is very comfortable. I will be glad to stay here again. Love from Baku :)

This is a great location and staff were lovely but there were a few unfortunate things with the room we selected. We had the downstairs room with a back garden. Unfortunately this was not very usable as the area smelt like the cats were using the space next to it as a bathroom. Each evening we had a few mosquitos in our room, and we can see the past swatted mosquitoes from previous guests on the walls. We also did not have the best sleep as the spins of the upstairs rooms was very loud and the pillows felt old and lumpy.

Comfort and convenience in the heart of Istanbul

You can easily take the metro from Sabiha Gökçen Airport—it's about a 50-minute ride to Kadıköy. The hotel is situated on a slightly steep hill on a quiet street. The furniture was new, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were amazing—attentive, kind, and polite. They even brought us a plate of fresh fruit due to some daytime noise from nearby construction, despite the fact that we hadn’t complained. Although breakfast is not provided, there are plenty of options in the surrounding neighborhood. The price was also very reasonable.

Okey place to stay

When I arrived in the room, it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet seat was covered in urine, and there was a lot of dust in the bowl. There are also no towel racks in the room. The walls are thin, and you can hear conversations from the neighboring room. The floor upstairs shakes when someone walks in the adjacent room. Otherwise, it’s a nice place with a good location. The room has a fridge, air conditioning, a kettle, and a TV.

Bathroom is really really small, if you’re over 180cm tall your legs will oush against the shower cabin. You can hear the street inside your room and when people talk and walk in their room you can hear it in yours too. But location wise is the hotel in a good area, 5-10 min walks from the metro and ferry.

A family quick stopover.

This is a 3-story well renovated apartment in the middle of Rihtim Street and Yeldegirmeni Main Street. IT is in an upcoming neighborhood but in the safe part of Yeldegirmeni. A perfect place if ou choose a budget travel and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. The building is old so the rooms are very nice with high ceilings, but they're also very well-kept and very clean, great A/C, etc. Great bathrooms too. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear what goes on outside pretty well, but at last during my stay nobody was making any noise, all I heard was some cats fighting outside (I was also on the ground floor). The location is perfect, great neighbourhood and very close to the ferry.

An Enthusiastic Tourist’s Dream

This is in a great location for many reasons, perhaps most of all: it’s QUIET and SAFE at night! I was a solo female traveler and I never felt unsafe. It felt great to come back to after a long day of sightseeing to such a peaceful, charming place. The historical/tourist stuff in Sultanahmet is a gorgeous ferry ride across the Bosphorus. Other areas of the city (Asian or European) are easily accessible by ferry, bus, or minibus, as Otel Kadiköy is a short walk away from a public transit hub. There are great cafes all around the neighborhood—assuming that one of the wonderful staff don’t offer you a cup of coffee first. Everyone who worked there was so sweet and kind, but never overbearing. I definitely plan on staying there again (as I fell in love with Istanbul and want to go back). It’s absolutely what I wanted in a hotel!

1 gecelik bir konaklama için tuttuk. Konumu ulaşıma kolay bir yerde. Oda ve otel tasarımını çok beğendim. Kliması sessiz, yataklar rahat, ışıklandırması ve elbise dolabı yeterli. Sadece standard double oda tutmuştum ancak bir tık küçük geldi daha önce kaldığım yerlere kıyasla, ayrıca hemen sokak kenarındaydı ara ara sokaktan gürültüler geldi camı açık bırakmıştık bu sebeple etkinlenmiş olabilirim. Tuvalet ve banyosuda küçüktü ancak dediğim gibi 1-2 gecelik konaklama için yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Konaklamadan beklentim temiz olmasi, yatacak yer ve duş imkanı; bu bahsettiklerim doğrultusunda ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı.
