Very clean rooms and facilities. Good breakfast. The family suite was a perfect size with a good amount of space. Very good location near shopping and restaurants. Despite being a very nice looking hotel near many other locally-run hotels, it is located on a street that is NOT nice looking (many car maintenance and other repair shops).

This hotel was amazing. Great location walkable to Taksim, Nisantasi, Cihangir and so much of the great stuff of the european side, half a block from the Osmanbey metro for anything else. Easy metro access to the airport. The staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet was great and the spa access was a perfect way to bounce back from a night out on the town, highly recommended

I had a fantastic stay at Nex Hotel! The location is unbelievable — right in the heart of everything with so many great restaurants nearby. The metro is just a short walk away, which made getting around the city super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I loved this hotel everything was great but there was one staff who truly went above and beyond. I forgot to ask for his name but he was tall and had curly hair. I am truly satisfied with all of his help and advice. Will definitely come back next time.

Modern, clean, great location for value. I booked a massage at their spa which was perfection. Mahmoud took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable and was great. Highly recommend a spa treatment. The only constructive criticism would be the hotel not honoring the discount that was included in my booking. Aside from this - my stay was great.

It was a great stay at the NEX Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is modern with elegant and modern décor. The furniture is of a good, sophisticated and modern standard. The rooms are a little narrow but you can manage the space. The breakfast was good considering a 4-star hotel. The staff are so friendly and respectful, and for that we especially thank Mr. Ali Shan, the manager, Mr. Omar at the reception, and Mr. Mahmoud Guest Relations Manager, they were very cooperative with us, as Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Omar helped us with many things and places to go. The location is very good as it is close to a major metro station and the main street. Only access to the hotel is via a slope, but during our stay we got used to this matter due to the nature of Istanbul.
