We enjoyed staying here. The staff were great. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of dishes. And the area was the best - close to the metro M2, sights and the walking street to Taksim Square.

Great location and customer service

Staff was very helpful and attentive, from the front desk to the dining staff. Nazani made sure that our meals were taken cared of. The only complaint I have that our room on the ground floor took longer to cool down as the AC did not seem that powerful. Outside the hotel, we did have a communication breakdown between hotels.com and the pickup service. Hotels.com will need to improve their communication services to ensure messages between parties are sent correctly and timely.

The rooms for a Queen Deluxe were a little small: there was only one side of the bed which was accessible in the normal way. The room was too hot at night- the air-con was weak and our room seemed to have the heater on! The breakaways varied and lovely, but the space in the eating area was too small for the number of people eating. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

My room was beautiful and spotless. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby. I stayed there for 2 nights and was able to relax and rest. Front desk staff were professional and polite. But unfortunately my check in process took oddly long. In other hotels it takes 5 minutes or less, but here it took more than 10 minutes.

I really enjoyed the happiness of all the staff. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Lots of choices and different food and fruits. Delicious biscuits and cakes. I stayed there an entire week and I am going back with my family. I also got a nice gift at the end of my stay: a travel book guide as a hope to come back and enjoy the wonderful terrace at the 4th flour at Meroddi.

Friendly and polite staff. But the rooms were very small. And the tea maker in the room was rusty. And the breakfast was of poor quality. For the few days we were there, every time we went for breakfast, the tables were dirty and tea and coffee were not ready and the breakfast was not of good quality.

The staff on check in were helpful and polite. The room was easily accessed with a lift, and was clean and comfortable. The position of the hotel is great for exploring this part of Istanbul. The only thing that let the stay down was the breakfast. The room was small and crowded (I had to share a table with a family, which I felt was not a great experience for them). I had to queue for a table, and then the buffet was seriously depleted. I think too much space was given over to a whole table of different biscuits, the bread was stale, and the hot food had two of the four options being deep fried cheese rings, and some vegetable nuggets!?!?! More coffee, better juice, fresh breads, and simple options of cheese, meats, and hot food would be perfect, and a lot simpler to supply I think.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer nie gereinigt und das 5 Tage lang. Das einzige was das Personal morgens gemacht hat waren Handtücher auswechseln und das Bett machen das war’s auch. Und das Mobiliar ist total heruntergekommen, am letzten Tag hatten wir die WC Brille in der Hand. Das einzig gute waren das Personal an der Rezeption, die Jungs waren super nett und freundlich und die Lage des Hotels war optimal für einen Städtetrip, da es sehr zentral war.

Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen, unser Klodeckel viel auseinander in die Dusche kam man kaum rein, der Wasserhahn fiel fast ab. Haben gebucht weil das Hotel gute Bewertungen hatte. Denen kann ich kaum zustimmen. Das einzig gute war, dass das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist. Das war’s dann auch schon. Würde auf jedenfall nicht nochmal buchen. Da gibts besseres in Istanbul was auch zentral ist.

Oteli gideceğim mekana ve otoparka göre seçip deluxe oda seçeneği ile rezervasyon yaptım. Oraya gittiğimde elektrik arızası nedeniyle başka bir otele yönlendirildim. Standart daha küçük bir oda ile karşılaştım ve sabahın 4buçuğunda başlayan bulaşık yıkama sesleri ile güne tekrar uyuyamamak üzere uyandım.

Die Lage ist top und zentral gelegen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und werden täglich gereinigt. Einziger Abzug gibt es für den Frühstücksraum, der sehr klein und wuselig ist wenn es voll wird. Das macht keinen Spaß.
