The people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful the hotel location is good near Bakirkoy shops and metro station. The hotel building is tired and next to a building site my room was small and could hear all noises from other rooms the shower door was broken for this price I could get a better place to stay next time

This my second time in this hotel my first trip it was 3 years ago it was good for me but this time the hotel came down every thing was tribal except the front office people they was very helpful the rest is very bad it is 3 stars hotel not 4 stars my recommendation for Expedia please send some one from your side to check the hotel

Worst Hotel in the World

İ am staying at hotels nearly 100 nights a year for so many years due to business in different parts of the world. And i only leave comments when i am really satisfied. However, this is by far the worst hotel i have ever seen. Sheets were dirty, people were rude, at 08.30 in the morning on Sunday we have woke up with a drilling noise next to our room (within the hotel). We made a complaint to lobby and they stopped for few minutes & continued anyway/anyhow. This hotel should be closed & should never recommend or left on the any agency page.

They says we don’t have it if you ask something from reception you need to call many times or you should go by yourself stuff are not rude but Not professional I cannot especially reception say a rude but not professional.

Hotels.com da otelin ücretsiz otopark hizmeti yazıyordu ancak otele gittiğimizde çalışan personel böyle birseyin olmadığını söyledi. Oda temiz değildi, tv çalışmıyordu, kahvaltı çok vasattı ve hijyen değildi, göze hitap etmiyordu.odada yerlerin kayıyor olması da diğer sıkıntılı bir durumdu, odadaki halı dahil pisti ve tozluydu.hiç memnun kalmadık, çok üzgünüm.

Der Service an der Rezeption ist furchtbar und die Zimmer sind eiskalt. Sie haben mich einen Tag lang hingehalten und schließlich bin ich am Abend in ein anderes, kleineres Zimmer umgezogen. Und nur ein Mitarbeiter namens Abdullah half uns für alles außer dieser Person, das Personal ist ärgerlich und das Schlimmste ist, dass die Bettwäsche meines Zimmers schmutzig ist und sie nicht ändern sie. Ich empfehle es definitiv nicht, weil es sehr ärgerlich ist
