Good location, the rest was terrible. Spent 3 nights, and there was no hot water during the whole period. the staff was keep repeating was going to solve the issue quickly. So we couldn`t use the SPA, which by the way is not included in any way in your stay. STAY AWAY

It's the uglyest hotel in Istanbu, I will never ever go to that hotel, it's dirty and ugly, the staff are so mean and stubid, the room too small, it's totally different than pics, it's less than one star hotel, the matress was bad and very old, I couldn't sleep because tucks parking lot next to my window

Unser Zimmer war ausreichend gross. Das Bad war ok. Der Schrank hatte nur eine Ablage und 4 Bügel. Wir haben viele Sachen im Koffer gelassen. Es gab einen französischen Balkon. Das war für uns toll, ist aber nicht bei allen Zimmern so. Ein Safe steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ganz toll ist der Frühstücksraum in der 7. Etage. Rundumblick. Das Frühstück selbst ist auch gut. Aber ohne frischem Obst. Haben wir uns selbst im Laden gekauft. Wir waren schon mehrfach dort und kommen auch wieder. Die Metro und Tramp sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das ist uns für unsere Ausflüge wichtig. Auch die Fahrt zum Flughafen kann in Eigenregie stattfinden.

3 gece 4 gün standart bir odada kaldık. Odanın temizliği iyiydi. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu ve restoran bölümünün manzarası güzeldi. Kaldığımız süre içinde olumsuz olarak gördüğüm şey duşakabinin çok dar olmasıydı. Bunun haricinde beklediğim gibiydi.

Zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Hotel was niet schoon, badkamer vervallen, tv deed het haast niet, kluis deed het niet sommige toetsen konden niet gebruikt worden. Ontbijt was mager. Viel dus hartstikke tegen en aangegeven afstanden klopten voor geen meter

The stay at the hotel was pleasant but the staffs at the reception are glueless about everything, if we wanted some information about things around and tours they did not have a glue about it due to language barrier. All the attractions and bazaars are not within walking distance, we had to either get a taxi or the tram to get to it.

Lovely staff that was care and polite of their guests. I was there for 9 nights and enjoy the stay. It was easy because people that work there manybof them know English. I would recommend this place for other. I would even go back to stay there again.
