I don’t know why the room was so poor. Maybe, we chose the lower price? The room was too dark to know whether it was clean or not. The fridge and TV were completely broken. (Why didn’t they remove them?) The good point is the accessibility: the hotel is close to T1(Tram), which goes to Sultanahmet and Eminönü, and M2(Metro), which goes to the Istanbul airport. The hotel staff are friendly, but I don't know whether they were well-knowledgeable about the access to touristic spots.

It’s walking distance from the Metro

Did the job but other guests noisy and hotel is old and run down (you get what you pay for..)

I have never stayed this kind terrible hotel before. The equipment, such as TV, electric pot, fridge and light is completely broken or very poor. As for cleanliness, they didn't seem to clean the room. The good points are the price and the location. We can access to many touristic spots easily.

It wasn’t good at all, the service was so bad and the room was dirty and also there was too much noise at night because the room isn’t isolated so we couldn’t sleep at all.

When we arrived at 4pm the room was still not ready for another hour and a half. The room once given were not on the same floor as requested either. We were then told they will try again the next day. The room I was in had a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and when we complained they said it was not a serious enough issue to change rooms. After being mg adamant they gave us 2 rooms on the same floor but the light switches didn’t work well and the room could have been cleaner. Overall the pool was great and the view was amazing. I guess you get what you paid for. The tall man at the reception was accommodating. Thank you

The hotel is very old the toilet and everything had issue. The toilet door in wrong place you cannot just open. The door should open on left but on the right.

My baby’s cot bed wasn’t available the night we arrived even though it was clear from the booking we had a baby with us. On arrival, we were told we had to wait until the next morning to request a bed so ended up cosleeping with the baby, which isn’t safe, but had no choice. The next day a play pen arrived which was ok. The shower was dated and a bit of it kept falling off, but overall it was OK. Location was good for the sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was good - really good range of food, from bread, to fruits, meats and salads. We always had a lovely breakfast. Great for a city break.

Do not book this hotel as it has stinky smell in the rooms . No plugs for charging around bed . Lift doesn’t work . Very low water pressure Breakfast was fine though

Laleli gönen otelde daha önce kaldık ve çok memnun kalmıştık. Bu sefer oda için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Oda bu sefer çok temiz değildi. Duvarda burun **** vardı. Banyoda yerde çengelli iğne vardı. Klozet içeri girdiğimizde su kaçırıyordu. Bazı yerler o kadar tozluydu ki sanki aylardır kullanılmayan bir oda bize açılmış gibiydi. Kahvaltısı her zamanki gibi mükemmel. Kahvaltıdan dolayı yine de 4 puan verdim.

Tout juste convenable. Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver la chambre 507 ( fenêtre condamné, chambre catastrophique ). La réceptionniste qui manque de professionnalisme . A part ça, tout etait correcte.
