Thank you very much for the pleasant stay. All of the staff were very kind, nice, helpful, professional and exceptionally polite. Service was excellent.The room was spotless, clean, comfortable and modern. This was my first trip to Istanbul and this hotel made me enjoy it even more. I look forward to my next visit to Istanbul and Konak Taksim will definitely be my first choice!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I also had an incident where I forgot my phone in the car, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting me to get it back. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Great service and pleasant experience!

best location, close to isiklal and taksim but also 15 min walk to the bougie shopping area on the other side. plenty of food spots nearby, the staff is very kind and the rooms were very clean. 100% recommend.

The hotel venue is good ; The rooms are good and clean ; some of the staff was helpful and others not ; I was talking to my father on the phone and someone asked me to turn down my volume because the customers in the next room are sleeping at two o'clock in the afternoon ; This thing made me change the hotel this week ; Isn't a person coming on vacation entitled to talk to his family on the phone during the day and not at night? I saw it a very strange request from a staff ; but it’s okey for the rest 🙏🙏 good luck For people who do their job well there 🙏

Comfortable, Clean Rooms. Great Location

The staff at reception, especially Nadire was very nice and heldpful. we had booked a triple room but it was in the back corner with a back alley view. She graciously upgraded us to a larger suite. They also allowed us a late check out till 2pm and kept our luggage as our flight was delayed. However, they could do with increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Konak Hotel Taksim We had a wonderful stay at the Konak Hotel Taksim in Istanbul. Our room on the ground floor was very clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. A great bonus was that the minibar was free of charge, and fresh water was placed in the room every day after cleaning. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. The breakfast was excellent — there was something for everyone. A special thanks to Ms. Nadire and Mr. Mehmet Kaya and Mr. Baran at the reception for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. We would also like to thank Osman and the hardworking housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!
