We arrived after midnight and the staff at the front desk were very friendly offered us an upgrade to the room. The room was very comfortable and spacious with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport and had no problem getting Uber for a round trip.

Breakfast was fresh, parking was safe. The hotel was in the neighborhood. There’s no way they could manage the cleanliness of the outside neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Dayot was very helpful. The airport Shuttle was very late in coming to pick us up. He upgraded us to a bigger room. And was very apologetic. Our first night it was very warm in the room. First of all, the staff was really nice, polite, educated, friendly, is not about them. The problem is that is very bad located, almost 1 hour from Istanbul, (I spent 80 dollars per day going and coming back from Istanbul), you better add those 80 dollars for a better hotel located in the center of Istanbul. The other thing was the smell, they are burning incense all day long, the lobby, the corridors, even the bedrooms smelling incense. My family and I were with nose and throat irritated. I told them but they do not care, looks it is something religious or a custom. To finish, what you look at those pictures of the rooms, that looks like the rooms are high class suites, is just an illusion. Rooms are 2 starts. Last, Expedia should tell change the searching, if you put Istanbul do no show hotels in Arnavutkoy, 43 minutes to one hour away from Istanbul. Crazy. It cost me an extra 540 dolars.
