Really enjoyed my stay at Istanbul Midpoint. The location is the best part—very convenient for walking around. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a nice variety. Helpful staff too. Definitely a solid choice for a trip to Istanbul

I had a wonderful stay at Midpoint Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many main attractions, yet it stays quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. A huge thank you to the staff who were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!"

Very good hotel , location is perfect, most of the staff are friendly , polite and helpful people specially Mohammed Bora in the responsible of Reception department and Zehra in the Restaurant , they are very nice peoples the Administration of hotel should put that in their mind also for other employees specifically in The reception they should make sure to put the right person in right position also they should make the cleanse of the blanket is better put in general I recommend to take your vacation in this hotel my rating in general is (8.5/10) .

Positives - great location; very good staff; good bed and room was clean and serviced daily. Negatives - very dated hotel; bearing in mind I stayed in December hot breakfast was chips, onion rings, chicken nuggets and lentil soup - remainder of breakfast was a Turkish style cold buffet and pastries and it was the same every day; I booked a king-sized hotel room which was at the front of the property but couldn't stay there as the noise from the major roads outside meant you couldn't sleep - I actually thought a window had been left open!. Hotel staff found another smaller room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet so thank you! There are no USB charging facilities so don't forget your chargers. TV was an old flat screen one with no modern smart technology. Lots of channels but only Al Jazeera News was in English. I had read previous reviews before booking this hotel. I hope this review provides a more realistic review of what to expect. Overall, a dated hotel in a great location with brilliant access to public transport. Rooms are very clean and functional. Staff are very good and responsive.

IMH is best located hotel for shoppers.

It was amazing staying at Istanbul Midpoint Hotel The staff was very friendly and nice to us. They even organized transportation from/to the airport. The hotel is strategically located near major shipping areas. So, if you are going to Istanbul for shopping, IMH is the hotel to book. FYI - wonderful breakfast included!

Staff was rude, argumentative, no customer service whatsoever. The AC was at Arctic temp and the sign on it said do not adjust the temp. Bedding was non existant. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying at the location. We found another hotel. We even talked to the owner. He did not seem to care.

The highlight of our stay in this hotel was its staff. They were so kind and working so hard to keep us happy although we were not happy with the condition of the hotel. Any experience that I share here is just for the purpose of improving the standards and issues of this hotel by its owners. 1. Towels are very old, stained and had holes 2. A big scary insect was in my sisters'room 3. If we needed iron, we should ask from reception, they didn't have one for each room. 4. They didn't have scaler 5. They only give you a one room key card and if you need more for your other family member that staying in the room, they told us come next day to take. 6. Their wifi didn't have password, anyone could get connected and not secured. 7. Room was very small that we had a deluxe family room, which was 2 connected room, the door of the inner room couldn't get opened completely and there was no window to get light to the room. 8. They put towels on the decorative cover of the bed that always fall on the ground instead of putting the towels on the shelf of shower. My sister got severe eye infection 9. Overall the photos on Expedia site are very misleading and it is not as we see in photos. This hotel is really 3 star hotel and very expensive for 3 star hotel.

Kamer is slecht geisoleerd, hotel zit aan een drukke autoweg. Het lijkt alsof je met je ramen open slaapt. Kamers zijn heel erg klein. De kamers zonder uitzicht kijken uit op een donkere ruimte/muur. Je weet niet of het dag of nacht is. Ontbijt is waardeloos.
