"When I booked this hotel it was not entirely clear to me that it was on the airside but I was jetlagged and otherwise tired so easy to blame myself. I followed the airport exit signs and found myself at a Yotel kiosk. The kiosk employee told me I couldn't enter the airside for a few hours and that I would have to transfer my reservation, but would have to pay the difference. I told him I would chance it and ultimately it was not an issue getting back to the airside. My point being that the Yotel person tried to cheat me, which I really did not appreciate. Turkey has a reputation for one having to look out for oneself and this person did not help that perception. The airside hotel and the cabin itself were great, exactly what I needed for my seven hours there. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and the room never cooled down but at the end of the day this hotel took care of my needs."

"Decent Hilton related facility. One big inconvenience is the distance to IST and not providing a shuttle service. There is taxi service but it is expensive and if you use a credit card, there is a 10% surcharge. A new Hilton is being built near the airport, thus this inconvenience should be mitigated by staying at the Hilton."

"Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning of the room was great, high standard and lovely cleaning lady. Breakfast choices limited for us personally. Mindful of the level of noise from outside traffic depending on the room. A/C was temperamental and had to keep the door open at night hence all the noise from outside being an issue. Would recommend staying if you want good clean room and perfect location."
