This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very clean. Our rooms was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. We enjoyed our stay and the staff did everything and checked in with us to make sure we were happy. The area is very safe and close to all.

Love the hotel. Love my room. Hotel is in a great spot for seeing the sites and shopping restaurants etc, but also nice and cozy quiet. Great breakfast. Great view from the roof top terrace. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Clean well run hotel in Sultanahmet district. Extremely close to major attractions in the old town. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque. Many great restaurants close by. It’s not the Four Seasons but not advertised as such. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downside is a bit noisy due to call to prayer

Living up to expectations

Hotel Ulan had been recommended but our brother and sister in law. It was just what we wanted clean and welcoming and so well situated in the hub of everything vital to see, as well as a great area for eating and seeing all the products of the crafts that visitors tend to buy

Please get a better front desk person!!!

We stayed for 2 nights (19th and 20th May, 2022). The hotel location is awesome, just behind Sultanahmet. Although 4 star, but don’t seem that they are well equipped. Didn’t get things like coffee arrangement in room, later they arranged when asked. We didn’t like their breakfast arrangements, and options. The worst experience is with the front desk, neither they understand English nor could speak properly. They would keep saying the same thing that they thing you are saying, very persuasive and stubborn. I don’t know if that is language barrier, if so, they should and must recruit a English conversant front office manager. Overall, this is a good hotel, I would recommend.

Five days trip

Kerem was at the reception. Provided the map and each time I needed something him and others always provided the service. Literally few minutes walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Suntanahmet metro. Most attractions are near by and the one far are easily reachable via metro within no time
