Lovely hotel very well thought out rooms with everything you need and iron which I like and a small fridge and they supply you water. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely! Wasn’t far from anything either! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time at hotel poem. All around a great place to stay and experience Istanbul. The very friendly staff, the breakfast (beyond our expectations!), the tasteful decor, care and efforts made above and beyond made us feel very comfortable. We actually made changes to our plans to come back and extend our stay. We can confidently say the hotel poem was one the best part of visiting Istanbul. We will definitely return!

There’s an unexpected Parisian charm to it, one that reminded me of some of my favorite stays in Paris, even though I knew full well I was in Istanbul. My room had color and character, plus a veranda overlooking the sea. It genuinely doesn’t get better than that — and I even had my own personal mandarin tree just outside. I could hear the call to prayer drifting in from the distance, but what truly set this place apart was the warmth of its service. I booked direct, and from the moment I walked through the door and met the first staff member, I felt it — that rare, genuine warmth. Not scripted hospitality, but people who actually seemed to care about my experience. So here’s the thing: I don’t need designer soaps or a big brand name on the door. I need to feel cared for. And that’s exactly what makes me want to shout from the rooftops about a place as special as Hotel Poem.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Poem in Istanbul and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days exploring the city. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! We were treated to a full traditional Turkish breakfast with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious food—there was so much to enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of Istanbul’s historic district, within easy walking distance of the city’s major attractions, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. These Canadians would happily stay at Hotel Poem again. Thank you for making our visit to Istanbul so memorable!

A very nice and quiet hotel a short walk from the main sites in Sultanameth. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the breakfast was amazing. One could almost say that you pay for the breakfast and get the room as a bonus.
