Room had some mold and no window. Room was adjacent to the dinning room so you cannot sllep after 7:30AM.

The MOST HORRENDOUS HOTEL ever. I have never seen such disgusting full of mould, stinky place in my entire life. I couldn't stay there, not even a night, not even an hour. I had to go out and search for sonething else. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE READ

The most horrible experience I had with a hotel (I can’t even call it a hotel). DO NOT get tricked by the photos!!! We booked 3 double rooms for 5 people for 2 day, I regret I didn’t had time to reed the reviews!!! Totally ruined our 2 days in Istanbul. 1. Unsafe area! 2. You can’t breathe inside the rooms! Smells like a closed smoking area + very strong mould smell 3. The guy from reception was rude, one of the rooms he gave us was used and horribly small 4. The bathroom, again Horrible, that’s not a shower, it’s just a hole in the floor next to the toilet, I tried to take a shower because I was coming from a long trip, everything got wet the toilet, the bin next to the toilet, the floor started to fill up because it didn’t drain fast, awful, disgusting 5. After spending maximum one hour in this place we left the luggage here and went to find another place to stay. 6. We came back to pickup the luggage and the guy from reception said: you can go, you won’t get a refund! 7. Total waste of time, money and energy!!!

La chambre etait en sous sol ,la porte fermait mal, le sol abime a l entree de la salle de bain par l humidite ou inondation ,la fenetre contre un mur et pas de television ;apres reclamation j ai eu une autre chambre au 1er etage avec une fenetre et television ; l hotel manque d insonorisation car les touristes etaient tres bruyants, le personnel est tres a l ecoute et serviable , transport commerces a proximite , tres agreable sejour

Wir haben bei Expedia das Hotel Ottoman 2 Class gebucht und sind wirklich schockiert. Das Hotel hat einen falschen Namen und die Bilder entsprechen ebenfalls nicht der Wahrheit. Das Zimmer war komplett verschimmelt und es war überall schmutzig. Es war alles defekt. Die Toilette, die Fliesen und vieles mehr. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war verdreckt und es hat überall sehr gestunken. Wir sind jeden Morgen mit Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit aufgewacht. Es war schrecklich dort. Der viele Schimmel wurde einfach überstrichen. Es ist Gesundheitsgefährdend. Das Hotel sollte unbedingt umgehend geprüft werden. Ich würde jedem Raten niemals dieses Hotel zu buchen, wenn man noch einen schönen Urlaub haben möchte.

Das ist das schlechtesten Hotels in der Welt. Das Foto ist nicht von diesem Hotel auf der website. Die sind wirklich sehr Lügner. Das Zimmer Riecht nach Toilette. Ich habe das Zimmer gebucht und war da, ich konnte da 5 Minuten nicht bleiben und habe sofort dort verlassen. Ich habe dann andere Hotel gebucht. Bitte bucht ihr dieses Hotel nicht, das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schmutzig.

Wir können das Hotel gar nicht empfehlen! Die unfreundliche Dame, die das Frühstück vorbereitet, hört extrem laute Musik um 7:00 Uhr morgens und klappert ständig mit den Tellern und Schränken. Von Entspannung ist keine Spur! Rücksichtslos und vor allem sehr respektlos und und freundlich sind die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war im Keller, neben dem Buffet! Die Wände sind hauchdünn, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr dreckig und im Keller gibt es natürlich kein WLAN! In den Räumen im Obergeschoss gibt es übrigens auch keine Fenster! Wir haben mehrere Leute dort getroffen, die auch sehr unzufrieden waren - auch aus Deutschland. Wir können nur sagen, dass war definitiv das erste und letzte mal! Finde es echt krass, dass Expedia solch ein Hotel anbietet. Herpes ist definitiv vorprogrammiert!

Sayın Yetkili, 28.102021 tarihinde saat 23.30’da web sayfanızda bulunan Hotel Ottoman 2 Class için 441.48 TL tutarında para ödeyerek 29-30.10.2021 tarihlerini kapsayan 2 günlük rezervasyon yaptırdım. Rezervasyon yapıldıktan ve para hesabınıza aktarıldıktan sonra bana gönderdiğiniz e postada yazılı olan otelin telefon numarasını (+90 542 220 2041) aynı gün saat 23.53’de aradım. Ancak telefona cevap veren olmadı. Otelin başka numarasını bulabilmek niyetiyle internette yaptığım araştırmada otele ait başka bir numara daha bularak aradım (+90 545 817 3981) ama telefon numarasının geçersiz bir numara olduğunu öğrendim. Web sayfanızda bulunan otelin adres bilgilerini (Yavuz Sinan Mahallesi, Yoğurtçu Nuri Sokak, No:15 İstanbul) araştırınca aynı adreste başka bir otelin adının yazılı olduğunu (Hotel Garden Terrace 2) yani size bildirilen otel adı ile web sayfanızda bulunan adreste bulunan otelin farklı isimlerde olduğunu öğrendim. Bu otelin telefon numarasını aradığımda ise (+90 212 522 6705) telefona bakan yetkili iki farklı otel isminin de aynı yere aitolduğunu ve hiç boş odalarının olmadığını söyledi. Ertesi gün sabah erkenden yani 29.10.2021 günü sabah 08.30’da verdiğiniz otel numarasını yine aradım. Gün içinde tam 6 defa aramama rağmen telefonu açan olmadı. Bu arada sabah erkenden saat 08.55’de web sayfanızda bulunan size ait telefon numarasını (+90 216 321 0656) aradım. Telefonunuza cevap veren yetkiliniz ile gün içinde defalarca konuşmamıza rağmen sorun çözülemedi ve yetkil
