Staff is very friendly and helpful

The location is for transport and few minutes walk from Taksim square. Staff is always happy to help. Feel safe as I was alone. I am satisfied with the price .

This is a no frills 3 star hotel. If you expect the ritz, you'll be disapointed. Rooms were adequate, beds comfy, if you wanted toiletries they were available but we had to ask. If youre after a low budget, cheap stay then go for it.

The worst stay ever

It was really bad, the worst hotel I ever visit, my family got bits by bugs and insects all time and we rise complain to hotel management with no respond it seems that this is familiar with this dirt
