Otel resimlerdeki gibi sadece bana biraz ufak geldi temizdi güzeldi sadece rutubet kokusu biraz vardı tuvalette onun dışında parasına göre uygundu normal diyebilirim.

worst expérience in Turkey

I booked through hotels . Com ..I was surprised by hotel staff that my reference doesn’t exist as result I had to pay for two night..room is stink ,tv is not working ,there is two small fridges none of them is working at 23.25 Pm light swished off for all street..I was extremely disappointed at 1.00am I had to leave hotel my baby(1year )was sleeping it was horrible experience

The images shown on the website is nothing compared to what it actually looks like. The general cleanliness was terrible, there was mould in the shower, toilet isn’t a flushing system. Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Als ich angekommen in der Unterkunft war ich schockiert von gesamt Lage wir sind sofort aufgefordert worden unsere Pässe raus zu geben als wir das taten hat der Rezeption Herr unsere Pässe mit sein Handy fotografiert ich fragte ob ich die Zimmer sehen kann und er antwortete ja natürlich dürfen sie das aber haben sie einen Moment geduld ich bin gleich hier mit den Pässen fertig und als er fertig war er mir und meine Eltern das Zimmer zeigte waren wir alle sofort eine Meinung das dass kein Ort ist wo ein Mensch sein darf es war alles kaputt alles heruntergekommen Bettlaken war schmutzig und mit Zigaretten stellen durchlöchert die Klo Spülung war kaputt und hat nicht funktioniert, kein warmes Wasser vor voller Aufregung und Stress habe ich meine Eltern von dort weg gebracht und ich ein viel sauberes Unterkunft gebraucht ,als ich zu Zimmer wollte um Fotos zu machen haben die mich angeschrien und beleidigt mich mit ein Besen still nach draußen gejagt und natürlich mir nicht erlaubt Fotos zu schießen.ich bitte Ebookers.de das sie sich drum kümmern und dafür sorgen das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme denn sie sind dafür genauso verantwortlich das die Unterkünfte die bei ebookers.de Angeboten werden der Wahrheitg entsprechend sind was hier definitiv nicht der Fall ist.

Stayed one night to check it out then moved to somewhere else. It’s cheap, but could use a lot of upgrades. The shower and bathroom really need a deep clean or to be replaced. The staff is nice though.

Never again!!!

The worse hotel I ever stayed at...when we arrived after midnight the room was totally ice cold...no heat...I slept with 2 pair of socks, pants, 4 shirts and the day after I was sick, having a cold and a horrible pain in my throat! The TV was not working, we told the staff about the problem 6-8 times but nothing was happened, it was a really dirty room, there was black mold in the shower, no good cleaning at all, the towels and sheets were the same since day number one, the fridge was broken and a few lamps!

Odaların fotoğrafla alakası yok,istanbula yeni giden birisi olarak sultanahmet,fatih tarafında bulunuyor otel bulunduğu konum çok leş bir konumda resimlerin odalarla hiç bir alakası yok,duştaki suyu açtığımda sarı bir su aktı her yer paslı çarşaflar,yastıklar kötüydü,sonuç olarak başka bir semtten bakının otellere.

Ужасный отель, старый ремонт, очень холодно, с окон дует, кондиционеры на тепло не работают, на стенах грибок, номера не убирают, постельное белье не меняют, очень грязно, стены картонные все очень слышно, вид с окна в стену дома. Персонал грубый, деньги за отель отказались возвращать, в итоге испорченный отдых

Friendly staff

We arrived in the evening, and were welcomed by Ramezan with a warm smile. The staff were very helpful. They solved the small issues with the room. (It is not always like this in every hotel in Istanbul.) Ercan is a friendly man who speaks very little English, but Ramezan the hotel manager speaks fluently English, Arabic, Kurdish and of course Turkish, which must be mentioned as the biggest advantage of this hotel.

The worst hotel I have been in.

It's true what other guests review said. The rooms are not clean or as shown in the picture. The first day no water at all, the rest five days no telephone conection or WiFi. The bed, pillow and blankets are old and dirty and smelly. And the location is not good. No breakfast as they described. If you have any problem with the property no refund from the management of the property, just complain to hotels.com and they will refund you the money.

I didn’t like the place

We booked for 2 nights but we didn’t even spend more than an hour because we were disappointed with the place. Not neat! Different photos on internet to attracts client but poor services and appearance upon arrival! In short, I would NOT recommend this place for anybody.
