Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan. I would recommend to families and couples.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.

Overall not a pleasant experience for the price paid for the stay.. Hotel staff are not friendly at all, breakfast is very very poor, and the room is not comfortable.. Pillows are worn out and not comfortable, curtains are too small not covering the whole window letting the sun in, and the house keeping did not refill the coffee/water except when asked.. A very weird incident we faced is that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the house keeping entered the room to give us water!! The hotel's location is not bad, close to many shopping places and food, but it has a horrible slope making it very difficult with a baby stroller.

Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger dock på en väg som är svåråtkomlig och på en backe dessutom som gör det läskigt ( risk att ramla ner) med barnvagn eller äldre besökare. Rummet var stort och rent. frukosten sådär. Rekommenderar hotellet för närhet men utan frukost.
