Lovely family run hotel by the water. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, unlike many of the other hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are clean and of a good standard. Breakfast is also good. There's a tram stop just across the road which takes you to Eminonu from where you can catch ferries and another tram to all the main spots of the city. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for solo travel

Hey, this is an honest review from a female solo traveler. This hotel is perfect for someone who would rather spend money on seeing turkey rather than luxurious hotel. This place is away from tourists and made me experience turkey away from the tourism. Food nearby is cheaper, bus literally 30 second walk from the hotel which can take you anywhere. And the reception that is the most sweetest. The breakfast was the same every day but i could never get tired because it was fresh. Plus a nice view of the entire city and suleymaniye mosque. Id recommend this place forever❤️

It is very close to the metro and bus stops. The rooms are clean and the employees are very caring. There are areas around where I can find food open until late at night. The hotel price is very reasonable, thank you.

The people were very nice!! So friendly & kind. The hotel itself is not very comfortable. The terras had ashes from sigarette everywhere. They don’t clean in between. Breakfast was okay. The only nice thing was the people! En the view from the terras. I’m sorry.

8000 TL disappeared from our room

When we first got to this hotel, it took us several hours to convince the staff that our air conditioner was not working and that we would not be able to spend the night in this room. Eventually, with enough pressure, the staff moved us to another room, smaller and less accommodating than the one we had paid for. This room's bathroom appeared to have a bird's nest bulging through the vent, the sink was one light push from toppling over, the toilet seat was loose, and mold was around the edges of the floor and in the shower. We raised up this issue with the staff and they agreed they would move us to a similar deluxe room that we had originally paid the following day. In this deluxe room, we found a pair of used underwear and towels stuffed in the bottom of the closet. The balcony had bird poop stains on the chairs and the table top was missing. This bathroom also had mold around the edges of the floor and the air conditioner piping was stuffed with paper towels around it and was leaking into the shower. Cleaning service only came around every other day to clean, and cleaning was spotty at best. One time after a cleaning, we noticed that 8000 TL had disappeared from our room. We raised this issue up with the staff and nothing was done. On the last day, my two older parents asked for some help from the front desk to bring down their large bag from the fourth floor after I had left for the airport overnight and they refused to help. I do not recommend this place.

TERRIBLE - 😞 Don't make the same mistake I made

One of the worst experiences of my life. I've traveled to very many different countries and have never had such bad experience with a hotel. My family and I arrived and checked in late around 10:00pm after a very long flight from USA. At around 1:30am while we were sleep, other guests checked in nextdoor and their kids started running and screaming by our doors and the hallway until around 4:00am, banging the walls and slamming the doors. We had 2 rooms, both rooms were very small and had no room to walk around. Outdated and dirty bathrooms. There are no telephones inside the rooms to contact the front desk. We had the rooms for 3 nights and decided to check out in the morning and move to another hotel. I gave the hotel, hotel.com and the management a chance to offer a refund and correct this and they decided to hold myoney and not give me a refund.
