Clean, basic hotel, convenient location with helpful reception staff and average breakfast. Other staff didnt speak English & we didn't speak Turkish. They gave advice on getting about, organised fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to provide them, etc. However, due to our early departure, we asked the kitchen staff to pack something for us for breakfast. We were told they would provide something and confirmed that the night before. But then let us down at the last minute. When we had no other alternative, had already paid for each breakfast during our stay and my Mum is diabetic. Unfortunately this ruined our stay in the end.

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

Stayed in #404 - tight bathroom, lot of bed space (although cramped around bed), very clean, good shower, very good breakfast, very accommodating staff - went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable - would recommend a chair for sitting at the desk - they did provide one from the dining room during our stay.

Great location, very nice stay in old town near historical places. Grand Bazar around 5 min walking, Blue Masque and Ave Sophia, Topkape palace within 5-7 min by walking.

Don't book this disgusting hotel!!!! I stayed in many places in Istanbul, and this, by far, is the worst hotel I have stayed in!!!!! I booked two nights, and I had to leave a day early just because of how bad an experience I had with this hotel. Not only was the room very dirty, but the man at the front desk had no matter to work with guests.

The property is very bad, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. I asked for cancellation they had a fight with me. This is unacceptable. Expedia must remove them from the listing, and I request $50 refund to my credit card

This hotel is far from 4*. I think it’s just because off the nice finishing, other than that it’s not worth 4*. The staff is helpful, cleaning every day. The breakfast is not varied and same every day, not super delicious, using the cheapest products, by day 3 we couldn’t enjoy it anymore, eating just to fill the stomach. No lunch or dinner provided. Now, at4pm I’m starving and waiting for my child to wake up to go out for dinner. Because of her long naps, we skip lunch for the entire week. No room service. And the rooms are not cheap! Ripping off. Thanks for hosting us, but I’m dreaming of going home faster. 7min to Blue Mosque, Hague Sophia, Topkapi Palace, just down the street. In the street is the city. The location is very good, tho.

The hotel room was extremely small for 3 people where there was no space to open our suitcases or even put them. We tried to upgrade our room but were told this room was the biggest they had! Also the room was dirty and plug sockets were missing and there were cords coming out of it. This was very dangerous as my bed was right next to it. Then the hotel bedding was extremely disgusting with nasty marks on. We asked the staff to change it but the staff became rude and left us to sleep in the sheets. Also. One of the staff left the window open whilst cleaning i suppose, was not acceptable as we left our luggage and passports and it could have easily been stolen. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Avoid !

Worst hotel we have stayed in Istanbul ! The room was like a shoe box , travelled with my husband and sister for a nice few days away. The heating was constantly on , the floor was always heated , far too warm. When we arrived the room was not equipped for 3 people , only 2 glasses , 2 bottles or cans in the mini bar only 1 hand towel. The bathroom door handle fell off , the windows handles were broken no T.v remote , we had to call a maintenence man to sort it all out. The cleaner did nothing ! No towels no loo roll she didn't even make the beds Breakfast wasnt the best either , no toaster , most mornings things weren't replenished and not enough tables. I would not recommend this hotel if you want any sleep !! Workers using a cement mixer all night long, cats meowing , workers in the shoe warehouses very noisy and they start very early too. Overall very very disappointed

Med tanke på priset så vad hotellet helt okej! Trevlig personal. Vi fick ett större rum än vi bokat dock med snetak. Det luktade väldigt mycket cigarettrök, tror folk rökte på rummen. Frukosten var i en källarlokal. Vi var där på vintern nu så det störde oss inte särskilt. Frukosten va enkel men funkade.

ilk gün erken bir vakitte gelmemize rağmen 8 den önce kahvaltı talebimizin geri çevrilmemesini isterdik ancak maalesef o sıcaklığı göremedik. Odadaki su günlük yenilenmesinin isteğe bağlı olması şaşırtıcı. Kahvaltı idare edecek yapıda aç kalmadık çok şükür ancak 1 gün önceden kalan yumurtayı da dahil ediyorlardı dolapta beklemiş siyahlaşmış. aman aman bir şey beklemeyin. yatmadan yatmaya düşünülebilir ufak bir otel.

L'accueil est moyen, avant de nous remettre les clefs de notre chambre, l'employé a voulu absolument nous vendre une soirée sur le Bosphore. Il a été très insistant, nous avons demandé un temps de réflexion et dès que nous rentrons à l'hôtel, il nous harcelait. La chambre est très petite, pas de place pour mettre une valise, rien pour accrocher les serviettes de toilette, pas de drap housse, le drap de dessous était toujours en boule le matin, nous dormons directement sur le matelas, la couette était trop petite, dimension 140 pour un lit en 140, de plus la housse de couette était trouée et notre chambre était situé sur la rue où un restaurant mettait de la musique forte jusqu'à des heures avancées de la nuit. De gros problèmes pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner est exécrable, le thé, le café et le choix en pain très limité , aucun complément pour ceux qui arrivent plus tard. Il nous a aussi fallu tous les matins demander un couteau. Le serveur allait en nettoyer un pour nous le remettre. Service médiocre.
