The on site team were so lovely and helpful, couldn't do enough to welcome us and providing teas and coffees whenever we got back to the hotel. slightly run down and could do with an upgrade. breakfast was basic but adequate.

It's incredible that this place can even be called a hotel. Like many hotels in Turkey, the bathroom is very dark, possibly to hide the dirt. There is no room service, and the breakfast is terrible with flies flying everywhere. The staff is not particularly friendly either. To make matters worse, the room itself was poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, and no air conditioning, making the nights uncomfortable. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, and the Wi-Fi was not good. Safety also seemed to be a concern, as the locks on the doors were flimsy and gave a sense of insecurity. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, leaving a very lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Amazing experience at the Gulliver hotel. The front desk guy was really helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and at a very convenient location close to Sultanahmet, the metro and restaurants. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul and looking to explore the city.

Will never stay here again and would not recommen.

Worst experience in every way. Room was clean on the check in after that we asked for the room service, but that lady came only fix sheets and new towel, didn’t remove garbage, didn’t clean washroom, didn’t put some water bottles. Washroom was broken from every corner; door, wallpaper and nothing to put your stuff, very basic sink.
