My stay here was so great. The staff were amazing - very helpful, always available and very friendly. For the price, the accommodation was really good - its close to transport and many of the sites, but be aware there is a decently steep hill that was my nemesis until I got used to it, but to be fair, I'm not at all fit. Important to know is that the rooms are not cleaned daily but you can ask for your bedding to be changed or clean towels. Room had a fridge and kettle which is really handy. Great place to end a touristy packed day

Great location & value for money.

Excellent location. Very helpful and kind staff, I left behind my e-Reader and the young man at reception went out of his way to find it for me, I am very grateful!!. The room was modern and comfortable. There was some noise from the street audible in our room, but this didn’t negatively impact our stay.

Very Good!

The hotel is very close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants around and places to shop. The hotel is super clean and the reception is very good. They helped us with the transportation book to and from the airport.

The hotel was in a nice location, but you’re paying for the price of the hotel. It’s definitely cheap and maybe better for short stays. There was nothing special about the room it’s very small but the bed was comfortable for me and my husband. The top sheet was clean the comforter was clean, but if you peeled back the sheet, there was a bunch of hair from other people. I also got bitten seven times by some kind of bug in the room. The worst part about this hotel room, which is one of the most important parts of the hotel room is the bathroom. This bathroom was so small and it was combined with the shower. It made everything wet and uncomfortable in the toilet seat was not sturdy it kept moving. It definitely was dirty and we had to buy our own cleaning stuff to clean it to feel comfortable. So if you’re gonna stay here, I definitely would get wet shoes to wear in the shower. The other thing is that they never refreshed the water or the shampoo conditioner in the bathroom. It’s not the cleanest hotel and the water system in the bathroom makes it stink really bad. But it wasn’t super noisy and they have an air conditioner. But the room service/cleaning is not that great but again you’re paying for a cheap hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast or the food at this hotel so we can’t talk about that. Another thing to know about this hotel is that it’s near a lot of touristy food places so it’s not local so the food’s gonna be expensive. The hotel staff was polite.

Great budget-friendly option

This was a great budget-friendly option for Istanbul. It's within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and with good public transport connections. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only small issue was that the bathroom had an open shower in the style of a wet room, but did not have sufficient drainage and as a result it flooded every time we showered.

We took the only 4 ppl room on level 3. The staff Zubair was kind enough to help to bring luggage upstairs. The room was slightly claustrophobic given the slanting part in the room was about 1.4m in height only, but the hotel was in a premium sultanahmet location. We didn’t mind as much as we spent most of the time outdoor.

1. Sea view room is good but there is an improved at the rest room which the floor is not flat and cause the water on the ground of rest room with an unsensing smell. 2. Make a shielding on the ground of the rest room door which could prevent the waste water flow-in the living room.
