This is a nice place to stay, it's right near Galata tower but also tucked away in a quiet side street so it's nice and peaceful. The staff go above and beyond to help you.

The room was nice and has everything that you might need. They do not have an elevator, but the view from the building and being close to major attractions makes up for it. I also want to give a big thanks to Bahar who was very helpful and made sure we had a great trip. I recommend this place to everyone, and I will be back again!

The location is great. You need to use the stairs as the building does not have a lift. The apartment with balcony does not have sea views as stated on the website.

This place has no front desk service - no contact number (no valid number) - had to bother other tenants just to find a contact number .

Someone came into our room and installed a lamp shade when we were not there 💀 who knows what else... We had the do not disturb hanging when we went out. And dont appreciate someone coming in, especially when we are not there and all our stuff is in the room. No elevator in the property, but thats expected in these buildings. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely terrible.

They are completely scam. They gave a utility room with a bed. Their pictures show rooms with ocean view, balcony, etc., but there was a water boiler and pipes in the smelly “bedroom” box. They just put two sheetrocks and called it a bedroom. Safe was not working, bathroom did not have a door lock, smelly rooms, basement, no tv channels, I already paid on hotel.com, but they asked me for cash and said they will cancel the hotel.com payment. Their reception is in a different building and street, you need the neighbors to help you find and call them to check in. It is crazy.

Wir haben uns verliebt. Das Hotel die Mitarbeiter , der Service es war alles TOP. Ganz sicher einer der Besten Hotels in Istanbul. Galata turm war zu fuß erreichbar sehr Zentral. Super Ausgestatte Zimmer mit einer Mega Aussicht. Ein extra Lob an alle Mitarbeiter. Die waren alle sehr sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Danke

Jeg boede sammen med mine to voksne døtre. Vi havde en super god tur og lejligheden var perfekt mht indretning og beliggenhed. Kvarteret kunne byde på alt og vi følte os meget trygge på alle tider af døgnet. Alle var utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi kan varmt anbefale at bo her♥️

Gayet güzeldi. Çalışanları çok iyi çok yardımcı oluyorlar sürekli ilgileniyorlar burdan onlara da teşekkür ediyorum. Konum olarak kafasında tam oturmayan arkadaşlar için, taksim meydanı bitip galata kulesine inerken hemen sağda kalıyor konum çok iyi. Konfor olarak yatakta tam rahat edemedik biraz sert geldi bize o da tercih meselesi.

Unsere Buchung wurde ohne Benachrichtigung, einfach storniert. Wir sind von Stuttgart nach Istanbul gereist und als wir vor der Unterkunft standen, war leider keiner anzutreffen. 3 Stunden vor der Unterkunft gewartet und las wir endlich jemand erreicht haben, haben die am Telefon gemeint, dass die Buchung storniert wurde. Es war in der Nacht! Danke für NICHTS!
