Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Americans: when I showed up to the property at 6pm they had one single person working in the entire hotel and he didn’t speak English. I was given a dirty room with unwashed bedding and without a “sea view” which I paid for. Additionally there was a huge hole in the wall with exposed wiring. I tried explaining all this to the man and he began getting hostile while barely understanding my concerns. I didn’t feel safe around him and had to leave the hotel and book elsewhere the same night! I fast paced walked down the street as the single employee followed me out! TERRIBLE PLACE. Plenty of nice hotel in the area!

Super nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind zwar SEHR klein und eng, aber erfüllen seinen Zweck, da man eig nur zum Schlafen hingeht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, der Galataturm ist nur in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Csodálatos hét Beyogluban, a Galata hídnál

Kiváló ár-érték arány. Fantasztikus kilátás a legfelső szintről, a Superior lakosztályból. Központi elhelyezkedés, minden irányban jól megközelíthető a város. Több vegyesbolt is van a környéken, az egyik 20 méterre, a szomszédban. Ez szuper. Mindenképpen ajánlom a Vavelya éttermet a dombon, 300 méterre. Akit zavar a forgalom zaja, az ne válassza ezt a helyet. Egyébként az ablakok nagyon jól hangszigeteltek, bezárt ablaknál nincs zaj. A tisztaság hibátlan. Minden nap takarítottak, kicserélték az ágyneműt, és a textiliákat. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. Minden reggel kávé, tea, cukor, tejpor és víz volt bekészitve a forraló mellé. A személyzet nagy része jól beszélt angolul. Nagyon segítőkészek, és támogatók voltak. Minden igényünket figyelték. Néhány apróságot tudok csak megemlíteni, amit lehetne fejleszteni: európai vendégek hiányolhatják a szemeteseket, és a toalettpapír mennyiségét. Konyhai törlőkendő is nagyon jól jöhet, de ez csak egy apróság. Az ár érték arány mindent pótol, a kilátás, az elhelyezkedés, és a személyzet kedvessége verhetetlen. Örülök hogy itt lehettem, és jó szívvel ajánlom bárkinek ezt a helyet!!!

Normal place,little noisy outside and inside

A normal place for stay,but quite high price for such a room.I had a small room (we were 2 people inside). The room looked quite cleen,but tiny.Almost no place left for luggage.Though there is a wardrobe for clothes. The bed is okay. The shower i liked,it was new,clean,comfortable.Be ready outside is a road,so it can be noisy.We were sleeping okay

Seul point noir de notre séjour fut l’hôtel, on redoutait le moment de rentrer le soir car on ne se reposait pas: ça puait la cigarette dans les chambres, matelas pas confortable et court (je fais 1m70 ), trop de bruit la nuit car situé sur une route.
