Good - staff friendly. Was on top floor. Great room with bonus of a balcony with city view. Excellent location for transport links. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Poor- Bed was really " lumpy" ..... new mattress is needed. Shower not fixed to wall securely making hard to get spray in right direction. Tea/coffee making facilities provided, but no spoon/stirer.

The check in and check out easy, Staff very kind and kind, The price was good, we left the hotel to continue our vacation in turkiye and we have reserved room in this hotel for two days before our return to Canada as our check out time and the nice management offered us a discount also. Our stay was not satisfying overall. The breakfast was very poor with no variety, and the hotel clearly lacks maintenance — the shower leaked water outside the cabin. The only positive aspect is the location, which is very close to the taksim square.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

The place is due for renovation. Lift lobby is sensor lighting which will turn off within couple of second if no moving, and the lobby became black out. External noise from the night life nearby might disrupt the sleep. Breakfast is average. Convenient location to Taksim Square and direct bus (in front of Point Hotel) to Istanbul airport.
