Central hotel to old town

Quiet and walking distance to main historic sites and taxi station. Nice friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. One small issue was with the sound of leaking water above my room. Rest is advisable

Hotel closed, still no refund.

Got there late at night and raining. Hotel is closed and under renovation, no one is answering calls. Acording to workers it has been closed for months. Had to get a hotel somewhere else asap at double price. Still waiting on refund.

Stay at Eternity boutique hotel

Nice clean hotel with a big comfortable room. Very close to attractions such as sultanahmet square, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and the metro. Also many food places and little supermarkets very close by for food and general grocery.

Bad condition!

Instead of 4 nights, I only spent one, because the room is very dirty. I checked in late and the light in the room is very dim, even with this light, it was clear that the pillows were dirty, pillows were replaced at request. There was no drinking water in the room. The shower worked poorly and leaked. Near the hotel there is a road along which many cars pass, the street is quite noisy and the closed window cannot cope with this noise, it is loud in the room. Also, I could not fully use the air conditioner, it was impossible to change the temperature and power, it also made a strange noise and smell. It was stuffy! In the morning, when the room became light enough, other minuses of the room became visible. I have attached photographs of the number that I took in the morning. The manager told me that this is the norm and that I have not seen other hotels, that his hotel is not a hospital (damn it?). The staff is not welcoming. P.S. For the same money, you can find a much better hotel in the same location. This hotel abuses сheated reviews!

Très déçu et fâché

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit dans l’hôtel à la place de 3. L’état est lamentable. Pas propre. Des cheveux et des sacs plastiques dans les tiroirs. Le propriétaire nous a dit que quelqu’un venait nettoyer tout les 2 ou 3 jours. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous avons payé 3 nuits. Mais nous sommes partis après 1 nuit. La douche ne fonctionne pas comme cela devrait. La journée la chambre était très froide. Pas possible de rester dans la chambre sans être habillé chaudement. La chambre beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Pas de possibilité de restauration. Sauf le déjeuner. Seulement café filtre, alors qu’il y a une machine à nespresso. Nous avons trouver un hôtel à 500 mètres, le même prix et beaucoup plus joli. Propre et avec restaurant matin, midi et soir. Tranquille et sans bruit avec chauffage. Personnel à la réception, cuisine et service et personnel pour le nettoyage. . Je me pose la question comment un hôtel dans cet état peut obtenir 9.4 sur 10. C’est se moquer de la clientèle. C’est un pur mensonge. Je suis énormément déçu et fâché d’avoir payé pour un hôtel comme cela. Les hôtels sur votre site devaient être contrôler pour voir si les choses et services présentés correspondent.

Very close to Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia. Good breakfast. New modern room with large window. Many restaurants around here. There is the mosque right opposite to the hotel's windows - beautiful, but may be too loud.

Wonderful!

This hotel is amazing! It’s located in the heart of Istanbul - Sultan Ahtmet area. You have to walk only 5 minutes to the main attractions! The design and comfort are incredible! The staff was very friendly! I would definitely come back! And there is a little street just to the right from hotel with beautiful cafes and restaurants and souvenir shops.
