Large comfortable rooms in great location.

Great location - within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, shopping etc. Huge comfortable room. Try to get a room with a view (we had a wall with a mural/ views were on the other side). Breakfast was decent too.

اولاً تم استقطاع المبلغ على اساس الحجز المتفق عليه ولا نستطيع ان نتواصل معكم في حالة اي مشكلة وتم ارسال ايميل ولم يتم الرد عليه / الفندق اماير سويت غرفة ديلوكس 35 متر !!! تم الاسكان بفندق فوسفورين الملاصق له والغرفة صغيرة جداً والفندق يحملكم المسئولية كاملة للاسف مدخل الفندق مطعم MADO للاسف والمشكلة انتم لايوجد لكم اي وسيلة اتصال الا رقم واحد غير فعال والايميل لم يتم الرد عليه انا جداً مستاء من هذه المعاملة☹️

Erg slecht! We hadden een 3-persoonskamer geboekt, bij aankomst was de kamer niet gereed. De eerste nacht kregen we een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een opklapbed. Het opklapbed was erg oud, de metalen ringen staken er bijna uit, het was absoluut niet mogelijk om hierop te slapen. Één van ons heeft toen op een piepkleine bank de nacht doorgebracht! Bij het melden van dit probleem kregen we geen compensatie, alleen dat we de dag erop wel in een driepersoonskamer terecht konden! Tevens erg onfatsoenlijk personeel, met name de meneer aan de balie. We hadden spullen die in de koeling bewaard moesten worden, deze konden volgens deze man in de grote koelkast van het hotel bewaard worden.We hebben toen onze spullen aan het afgegeven. Bij het uitchecken bleek dat deze spullen bedorven waren, de koelkast waarin de spullen geplaatst waren bleek niet aangesloten te zijn op stroom! Ook bij melding hiervan kregen we een onfatsoenlijke reactie, er konden geen excuses vanaf! Alleen de lokatie is goed, verder raden wij dit hotel absoluut niet aan!

Nice place but the front desk person not cooperative with me and my family. I booked the room online for one person, although the price is the same for two adults and two kids. When I arrived with my family from international flights, he charged an extra adult charge even though I showed him the price online for the same room I booked. Very rude. No restaurant or place for food and coffee in hotel, you must walk to the next door restaurant for breakfast.

Disappointing experience - won't recommend

I asked the staff to tell us how to get to the hotel via public transport but they said it will cost 50 Euros for a airport pick up. This seemed expensive so we just took a cab which costed 18 Euros. When we got to the hotel they asked why we didn't get back re airport transport. I told them we got a cab and it costed 18 Euros. The place was a bit worn out for a start, shower tray falling off, scratched walls and etc. Shower gown had holes and amenities were very poor - there were these lumps in the conditioner which was gross. The second night, they rang us at 10.30pm and asked if they can take a smaller bed in our room. We said yes but realised that it was pretty late at night. Next morning, they knocked once and just opened our door which was rude. What if we were changing clothes?!?! We told them we don't need to bed back and that they should leave us. Breakfast was done next door at Mado but it wasn't tasty. On the third day we got there around 9.30am (breakfast was until 10am) and there were hardly anything left. There was no dishes so we asked for it but it took forever for them to sort it out. We were frustrated and just left to go to a nearby restaurant. On the last day they offered us 40 Euro to take us to the airport despite the fact that I told them it took us 18 Euros. They must think we are stupid or just really want to rip us off. I will not return to this hotel nor recommend to others. The only pros was that it was near the tram station.

Excellent choix

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Chambres vastes, claires et particulièrement bien aménagées pour ce niveau d'établissement. Petit déjeuner buffet compris (dans l'immeuble voisin - commerce "Mado") en suffisance et varié.

トラムT1停留所が目の前で、マルマライ線も至近。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーだがやや頼りない面も。トリプルの部屋は広めで快適でした。掃除も問題なし。 シャワーが固定式のみなので家族（女性）には不評でした。 朝食は隣のカフェ「MADO」の二階がホテル専用朝食会場になる。品数はそこそこ豊富で美味しかった。メニューも毎日少しずつ変化してました。

Die Unterkunft ist super Zentral gewesen direkt an der Marmaray Line sowie an der Tramvay Station Sirkeci. Das Personal war mehr als hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind mehr als durchschnittlich groß und super sauber. Die ganze Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden es wieder buchen.

ツインを希望していたが、現地で手違いでダブルしか空いていないので申し訳ないが…とダブルになった。 早朝着だったが、すぐ部屋にも案内してくれ、朝食もサービスしてくれた。 朝食はトルコのチーズやスープ、フムスなど、トルコ的なものでおいしく満足できた。 トラムと地下鉄から程近いので、空港からタクシーなどを使わずとも簡単にたどり着けるはず。 スタッフはみな親切で、滞在の不安はなかった。

I liked almost everything about the hotel .. nice and helpful staff .. good breakfast in mado .. clean rooms.. cozy hotel overall . The only thing was that the mattress wasn’t comfortable so i talked to one of the staff members and he told me they are going to renew them in 2-3 months. I’ll come back to the same hotel again.

Very helpfully staff with very spacious rooms which are slightly dated. Located next to the tram stop with cafes, restaurants, shopping and the Bhosphorous within a minutes walk. Great for those who want to discover the old city.

افضل موقع

الموقع رائع جدا جدا كل شي بجانبك .. الترام ٣٠ متر .. مادو نفس العماره وسميث سراة وحافظ مصطفى بجانبك تعتبر منطقه مركزية الطاقم أكثر من رائع بالأخص المسؤله عن الإفطار اسلوبها رائع رغم عدم تنوع الإفطار لم يعجبني فقط الإزعاج نوعا ما العمل ضعيف
