It was a wonderful place to stay for a couple weeks, with appliances to suit basic needs for a longer stay. Reasonably priced and very close to the M4 metro line, you can easily reach many places from this location including Sabiha airport.

Amazing suites

One of the best places in Istanbul! The staff are very friendly and helpful The apartment is fairly big with all necessary amenities for a family The housekeeping staff work hard to maintain the property This will definitely be my spot everytime i visit istanbul for work

Clean quiet and very generous staff, so close like 200m to metro m4 which made our daily exploring experience much easier, the suites are well equipped with oven countertop stove wash machine and dish washer; groceries, bakery and med size markets are just one street away…will definitely recommend it for everyone considering bringing his family, we took only one public mini bus to marmara sea and from there it is a matter of bouts to all astonishing islands.

First time in Turkey

Went on a week long family trip the hotel was spacious comfortable and the front desk was always their for help with translation, book a taxi and advice on where to go would highly recommend the ESP due to their friendly manner polite atmosphere my 6 year (F) and 1 year old (M) slept well every night without any issue nothing went missing from the room The manager and front desk staff and always their to help we will be going back in December

Staff was Good but not the Property - Damp Issue !

Staff and Service was Excellent but property / room need refurbishment and repairs. There was mold and damp in the the room and toilet ! Room was smelly due to damp.

We were given a room with black mold. We raised our concerns but they said the hotel was full so they could not give us another room. We had to leave as we were concerned for our health, and so far we had no refund whatsoever. We also told by different locals that this part of Istanbul is dodgy and not safe.

Pour commencer, cet hôtel dispose d’un petit parking privé pour ceux qui viendrait en voiture. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant, prêt à aider, Les appartements sont bien agencé. La salle de bain est assez grande. Le lave-linge est fonctionnel, mais j’étais dans une chambre où le four et le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. La literie est bonne, L’appartement était propre, mais le coin cuisine n’était pas bien nettoyé. Il y a de la vaisselle mais pas de poêle ni de casserole. L’hôtel est bien placé Pour ceux qui sont en voiture, une station essence est juste en face de l’hôtel, il y a beaucoup de restaurants, Pâtisserie, Café et de supermarché, Distributeur de banque et beaucoup d’autres commerce dans un rayon de 300m. La station de métro Maltepe est à 200 m. Selon moi il manquait juste un petit peu de propreté dans le coin cuisine et et un four et un lave-vaisselle qui fonctionne. Ainsi j’aurais pu mettre cinq étoiles.

Eps suite Maltepe de konum olarak oldukca iyi bir yerde,Metroya cok yakin hemen yaninda a101 ve migros var ,otoparki mevcut bu cok onemli bir ayrinti ,resepsiyon calisanlari yardimsever ve ilgili ,asansor mevcut ,odalar oldukca yeterli yatak odasi ayri ,klima cok iyi sogutuyor ,her gun odaya temizlik icin geliyor banyo ve tuvalet imkanlari orta seviyede (sabun ,sampuan vs )ancak is goruyor.Mutfak imkanlari iyi buzdolabi ,bulasik makinesi ancak ozellikle kettle gibi seylerin degistirilmesi gerek ,catal kasik tabak vs bazi kucuk problemler var ,mutfak esyalarinin artik gozden gecirilme zamani gelmis.Asansor ile ilgili bir elestirim var kapisi cok hizli kapaniyor bunun suresinin biraz artirilmasi lazim,Suite Internet var cekim gucu iyi haliyle aksam saatleri yavasliyor ama bence yeterli ,ben eksikleri olsada genel olarak memnun kaldim.
