Dårlige enn forventet

Da vi kom var d ingen i resepsjonen men kom en etterhvert, fikk nøkkel og wifi, rommet var i et annet hus, der var d en dobbeltseng og 2 enkle senger, rusten kokeplate, kjøeskap var ok. Dusjopphenget hadde ramla ned, dolokket hang på halv åtte. Så gikk strømmen og vi sa ifra men eieren lå og sov. Fikk på strømmen igjen men rett etterpå sa det pang og lyspæra spratt ut av veggen og dekselet til lampa knustes. Alarmen gikk og vi sa i fra på nytt. Ingen bord eller stoler. Frokosten var enkel men god. Dette hotellet var noe helt annet enn d vi fikk inntrykk av i annonsen. Ikke verdt pengene.

Petit hôtel très bien situé proche du centre dans une rue calme, la literie est bonne et la clim fonctionne, la douche est spacieuse, c'est l'essentiel. La penderie est minuscule (penderie à crops tops selon ma fille) et le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Notre hôte était accueillant, aimable et souriant, de même que la dame qui prépare les petits déjeuners, en revanche le petit jeune reste scotché à son téléphone et quand je lui ai demandé des serviettes, il m'a répondu "i don't speak English" sans lever les yeux, pourtant le dernier jour il a réussi à trouver Google traduction pour me demander un pourboire. Je recommande cet hôtel à des gens peu exigeants, pas de service de ménage durant le séjour. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

لايوجد اي مرافق للفندق وغرف قديمه وصغيره جداً لا يوجد مناشف ولا حتى شامبو او صابون لا يوجد اي شي من الذي يوفره الفندق في الواقع فندق متهالك لما استطع الاقامه لقد غادرت فور الوصول

Horrible in basement

The hotel changed the reservation, the booked room was replaced with another room in different hotel nearby. The room was in basement without window, in poor condition, bad smell, with horrible bathroom. Never come back there again.

Unfortunate Experience

Normally I do not leave negative reviews, but staying here actually ruined part of an otherwise perfect vacation! Istanbul is a great city, but I do not recommend staying here. They over booked the hotel and did not have room for us at all! We had asked for a room with two beds, since we were just friends traveling together, but we were instead put in a tiny room with one bed down the street and around the corner, that didn't even belong to this hotel (we found that out the next day). The staff blatantly did not care that we were upset, putting forth no effort and telling us that there was nothing they could do. They did practically nothing to fix their error, but constantly made it seem like they were doing us a favor by putting two people in tiny one-bed rooms, in other hotels that we did not book or know anything about... it was just horrible.

Başka otele yönlendirip ek ücret talep edilmesi

Otelde yer olmadığını ve başka otele yönlendirmemiz gerekiyor isterseniz konaklamanızı iptal edelim gibi saçma sapan bir gerekçe sundular ve başka otele gidip ek ücret vermek zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle gitmenizi tavsiye etmiyorum bu otele hayatımda ilk defa böyle bir durumla karşılaştım

Pas de télé sous prétexte que j avais réservé une chambre économique alors que c était un hôtel étoilé pfff!!! Pas de chauffage mon dieu qui fesais frois dans la chambre!! Matelas a ressort ça ma tué le dos il es trop vieux fenêtre de la douche se fermé serviettes déchiré ohhh quel misère pas de prestation de ménage on nous a dit noooon !! Il étais très agressive on nous a même claqué la porte au nez j ai dit a mon mari prend ton mal en patience une fois en France que contacte opérateurs! !maintenant qu' allez vous faire pour nous!!

Mekan olarak güzel bir semt, otel için 3.8/5 yazıyor bence kullandığı malzemeler acısından rakam biraz daha küçük olmalı. Tuvalet kağıdı el deterjanları ve havlular biraz daha kaliteli olabilir. İlgi güzel misafir perverlik güzel

Gayet güzel konumda, tarihi yarım adayı rahat rahat gezecek bir yerde, güler yüzlü hizmeti ile güzel 3 gece geçirdim. Ücretsiz otoparkı ile de İstanbul gibi bir yerde olmazsa olmaz idi. İsmini hatırlayamadığım Gürcistanlı hanım efendiye hazırladığı güzel kahvaltılar için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Istanbul

Das Hotel ist sehr klein und verwinkelt, aber sehr sauber und man fühlt sich schnell heimisch. Die Hotelbetreiber sind sehr nett und helfen einem gern weiter. Die Zimmer sind auch klein, allerdings sehr sauber und man fühlt sich schnell geborgen. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel für jeden empfehlen, der einen kleinen Geldbeutel hat, aber auf Sauberkeit und Lage Wert legt. Man fühlt sich hier eher als würde man bei Freunden übernachten, als in einem Hotel. Bekocht wird man hier auch wenn man möchte.
