Gutes Hotel für jemanden der nicht viel erwartet. Frühstück war befriedigend, ebenso das Zimmer und das Personal.
Die Lage es Hotels war top alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und das in kurze Zeit

Otelin resimler ile ilgisi bile yok personel ilgisiz Yada bilgisiz uzunca bi süre resepsiyonda bekletildim otoprk yok artı para ödeyerek aracınızı otopark yolluyorsunuz tv bozuk kısacası ödenen paranın karşılığı yok konaklamamı yarım bıraktım çıktım

REZALET!!!!
Bu siteden rezervasyon yaptım,kartımdan ücret miktarı çekildi,fakat otele rezervasyon yaptığım tarihte gelince böyle bir rezervasyonun olmadığını öğrendim,kartımdan para çekilmesine ve rezervasyon onayım elimde olmasına rağmen o gün otelde konaklayamadım.Otel ile alakalı mı yoksa site ile alakalı bir durum mu bilmiyorum ama ikisinden de bir daha işlem yapmayacağım.Ayrıca bu sorunu yaşayan birtek ben değildim,otele geldiğimde aynı sorunu çok çocuklu bir aile de yaşadı,gidecek yerleri yoktu ve resmen dışarıda kaldılar.Müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmaya çalıştım fakat dakikalarca müzik çalıyor,telefonuma ve yazdığım mailime hiçbir şekilde bir cevap gelmedi.Param yandı,seyahatim mahfoldu,çok şikayetçiyim!!!
