I changed my room the next day because of the smell of cigarettes, there is no wifi. I changed it, but the same smell, the Wi-Fi worked okay They were nice at reception, but I did not like the hotel I will not come back there again.

4 gecelik konaklamam sırasında hiçbir sıkıntı ile karşılaşmadım ayrıca otel resepsiyonundan otel odası , temizlik , konfor bakımından da gayet memnun kaldım. Ben ve eşim İstanbul’a tekrar gelişimizde otel arama derdinden kurtulmuş olduk.

Dolandirilmak, kapida kalmak icin ideal!!!

Bu otele saat 12.30 da geldim. Odemimin online olarak yapildigini,hotels.com araciligi ile yapildigini anlattim. Gorevli sahis ‘bize para mara gelmedi, sizi almam, telefon acin sorun’ dedi. Kendisine gelen onaylama e-mailini dahi gosterdim yetmedi kredi karti ekstresi gosterdim. Bunlara ragmen buradan almasaydin kardesim dedi. Ben de hotel.com telefon numarasi bularak cagri merkezine ugrastim. Hotel gorevlisi onunla dahi kavga etti. Tam 45 dakika bekletildim, magdur edildim. Parami geri verseler bir saniye bile gecirmem. Sonra olayi tamamen ogrendim. Hotel gorevlisi almasi gerekendan daha fazla parayi kredi kartindan cekmeye calismis, bundan dolayi banka onay vermemis. Tum olay bundan ibaret. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Dolandirilmak isteyen , magdur olmak isteyen bu oteli tercih edebilir.

Froid ou odeur de cigarette

Chambre très mal isolée donc j’ai eu froid toute la nuit. J’ai voulu mettre en route la climatisation en mode chauffage mais odeur de cigarettes donc fallait choisir entre une odeur de cigarette ou bien avoir froid.

Very central hotel in Bakirkoy!

Perfectere ligging kan niet! Je hotel is aan de hoofdstraat van de winkels in de wijk Bakirkoy. Het is een klein hotel, de kamers zien er modern en schoon uit. Alleen is het niet vanzelfsprekend dat de kamers iedere dag worden schoongemaakt dit moet je zelf aangeven.

Bir önceki kalan kişinin geç çıktığı gerekçesiyle 2 de teslim almamız gereken odayı saat 6 da teslim aldık. Başta anlayış gösterip sorun olmadığını söyledik. Fakat ertesi gün 12 de anında çıkış yapamayıp 12.15te odayı boşaltana dek 15 dk içinde 3 kere arandık.Saçma bir durumdu. Gerçekten gürültülü bir yer, içeriden de dışarıdan da çok ses geliyor. Bunun dışında konfor, temizlik ve ilgi olarak her şey gayet iyiydi. Özellikle kapıdaki bey çok yardımcı oldular. Kalmak için tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Never again...

Sadly the picture they show of their hotel looks better than it really is.. When we arrived at the hotel the man at the reception bearly understand english. I had to tell him 5 times that I book it online. He told us to got up to the room and he will do our stuff and took our passports. Using the elevator we thought we are going to die.. when you get in it sinks down and when it arrives to the etage the whole elevator was shaking, like it would fall down any secounds... The hall was very small and so the room was. On the picture you can see a big room with a table and two chairs. There was no place at all even for our bags I had to carry one over the bed else you could not walk in the room. Also there was a humidity that you could smell. At night I couldn’t sleep cause the aircondition turned on and off automatically. The “view to the city” (that was written in the description) was a view to the next window of the next neighbor house. I go down and told the man on the reception that I book a bigger room but he just keeped saying “other room? Yok, yok”. When I wanted to take a shower even the showerhead had no hold... So I had to hold it by myself. I mean yes you won’t get so much comfort always BUT when I arrived they wanted 53€ first per night! This is too much for what I got in real.. thank god that I found it cheaper online. 53€ is defenetly too much if you have to worry about your life using the elivator.

Leş Bir Otel

Böyle leş bir otel görülmedi. Her yer pislik içinde. Otele girdiğinizde resepsiyondaki arkadaş telefonundan işlem yapması kadar amatörlük olamaz sanki oyun oynuyor gibi bir izlenim veriyor. Yetmiyor işlem yaparken sanki pavyona gelmişsiniz gibi bakıyor sen kimsin beni yanımdaki insanı süzüyorsun? Yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen bu kadar pislik içinde olması anlaşılır gibi değil. Bedava olsa da konaklamayın kesinlikle. Paranızla rezil olmayın.

Hastane ve AVM çok yakın konumda. Yeni, güzel, şirin ve en önemli tertemiz bir otel.Cafesi de çok güzel sakindi.Fiyatları da gayet uygun, personel güler yüzlü ve istediğimiz her şeyde yardımcı oldular, bir dahaki sefere geldiğimizde yine tekrar kalacağız.Teşekkürler herşey için :)
