Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small — there wasn’t even space to place one suitcase. It smelled bad, was humid, and uncomfortably hot. I asked to change rooms, but the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any help. Be careful before booking this hotel.

I booked this hotel with higher price than other hotels because of the name “Delta Istanbul “. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my room is not in Delta it’s in an apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. It’s a very old building with narrow stairs. Carrying all the luggage’s to the 4th floor in that narrow stairs was a nightmare. I wish at least Expedia gave some information about this is NOT the Delta hotel.

Pooor poor poor - DONOT STAY HERE

Upgraded to a suit which was in poor condition, window mechanism broken and safety catch detached from window. Dual shower had only one shower working and had mould in ceiling. Went to hotel reception and had very bad attitude from the person in charge. I would definitely not stay here again and would recommend Hotels.com to remove them from their listing
