Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Staff at the hotel were exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Havaist bus which goes to the main Istanbul Airport is about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again

Had a lovely 4 night stay for hubby birthday, the place was nice clean and staff were also so nice. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Will be back definitely

I have to say I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel not as advertised at all. Elevator not working, the bed very hard. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast..I have to say was delicious! ..no complaints at all ..just a shame the room and elevator didn't have the same standard..Even so , I won't be staying here again .

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent! Staff is super friendly and engaging. The hotel is located in the old city and is walking distance (3 min walk) from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Cisterna Basilica. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. 10/10 recommend

Rude staff at reception. Told they were overbooked and after we rejected to change hotel magically a room appeared. The room was tiny, impossible to move there. But the worst part was the noise. It was impossible to sleep there, it looked like the walls were made of paper. Terrible stay.

Down a side street ,minutes from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, good views of the mosques from the roof terrace.Basilica cistern right opposite Hagia Sophia.Buy a ticket to enter both mosques and Topkapi palace , works out cheaper. 20 minute walk to the grand bazaar and spice markets. Hotel is pleasant , rooms a bit small but very clean and comfy bed.Great choice for breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruits, several types of bread , hot choice off foods also available and plenty of it . Hotel staff were extremely helpful , always greeted with a smile and asked if we had ,had a good day and where we had been. Special thank you to Kerem hotel manager , contacted us while we were in South Africa to say he would organise a private transfer from the airport as we arrived at 04.40 in the morning. A well run hotel and comfortable .position is petfect .
