La struttura ha bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione finestre che non si chiudono acqua che arriva subito forte poi a goccia e poi forte, sono stato una settimana per fare le pulizie della camera sono dovuto andare io a chiedere e mi sento dire che senza il mio permesso nn fanno le pulizie avevo chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma nn era in struttura. Insomma un esperienza che spero non mi capiterà più . L’unica cosa positiva è stato il ragazzo che faceva il turno di notte gentile

the bed was broken, there was no tissue in the toilet the bathroom corners were very dirty the shower faucet was broken the sofa was very very dirty, there were no electric switch pluges near the bed.

Nightmare

We could not stay in the room. We left immediately . Because of the condition of the room. The smell is very strong of something's rotten you will not stand or bear. They refuse to offer us another room. They have tried to spray and use some chemicals liquid in the bathroom. They said it will go away soon.....it was a night mare for us.we asked the hotels.com to refund the money because of the bad room we paid $71 for. They said we can not do that. Please do not use this hotel.
