Comfortable stay

Comfortable bed, good AC, TV, nice view, friendly reception staff, decent breakfast. The cleaning staff disturbed me, ignoring the "do not disturb" sign I hung on the door but that's a very minor issue. Overall, I was happy there.

The hotel has great views of the Golden Horn, as well as the Galata Tower and more. I am very appreciative of the service I received from the staff, especially Fatih, who were very friendly and accommodative to all of my needs. Tesekkurler!

I enjoyed my stay though I stayed in a small room

It was an amazing stay with a very friendly staff. Thank you for the Turkish launch you invited me to have out of your generosity. Thanks for the extension you gave me one hour after the checkout. The hotel has a nice restaurant and cafe place downside. Coffee, Tea and Water are free.

Good stay nice people.

Crew is very helpful and friendly . When we ask for anything they try their best .Their English is fine ,we reserved 3 rooms missed some appliances and towels ,and they managed to provide. Ibrahim and Shady were most helpful also zyad ,Nazgul and Shaban.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, give information/advice when asked and arrange airport transfer to suit your needs. Alhough the rooms are cleaned daily, that doesn't seem to include dusting, sweeping or mopping. They only serve breakfast, which is adequate and typically Turkish, though minimally varied.

Want to leave this hotel, cancel my stay and get r

Very bad and I stuck in the reservation. I booked for the next 4 days from 1st to 5th January but apparently I can not leave the hotel. They will not refund and I am not feeling safe here. I think you are doing a very bad business and locate very bad hotels and giving hi rate for them to cheat the people. Please. I want to leave the hotel today, cancel my reservation and be refunded. You as aHotel-com, you do not answer too.. Please I need a solution.

Ulaşım kolay. Odalar çok küçük, temizlik iyi. Buzdolabı var ancak şişe su bile yok. Bugün hemen tüm otellerde verilen ucuz bir terlik yok. Kahvaltı zengin ancak börekler soğuk ve taze değil.

部屋の清潔さ、快適さ、スタッフのホスピタリティは良かったです。 トイレの水が流れない時間帯がありましたが、水道やシャワーはどの時間帯も問題なく使えました。 部屋の鍵が壊れていて閉まらなかったのでスタッフに修理してもらいましたが、全体的には快適なホテルでした。朝になると近くのモスクからアザーンが聞こえて来ますが、それも含めてローカルな雰囲気を感じることができる良いホテルだと思います。

Le meilleur hôtel de la zone

Second séjour chez eux. J’ai essayé plusieurs hôtels dans le coin de Fatih/Cibali/Eminonu, et celui ci est vraiment le meilleur selon moi. Des chambres simples, confortables et propres (il faut avoir fait le tour des hôtels environnants pour comprendre que ce point est important). Énorme point fort, le service ! Ils sont tous adorables, qu’importe l’heure et le service, ils sont tous attentionnés. Cet avis me sert également de mémo, pour mon prochain séjour dans le coin ;). Je vous le recommande totalement.

¡Excelente personal que atiende el hotel! El úniconproblema es que solo.pusieron agua el primer día y le falta un poco mas a la limpieza que hacen al cuarto. Yo regrese al hotel biter sobre todo por las personas que lo dirijen que son muy serviciales. ¡Gracias!
