La aptitud aamigable del personal. No me gusto que en una habitación , la cama no tenia plumon y olia a cigarrillo al maximo, adicional que engañan al cliente colocando que tiene traslado gratis al aeropuerto y cuando llegas es totalmente engañoso, porque no tienen ese servicio, y si uno va a cancelar la habitaciíon, Expedia le cobra la cancelación. Me parece que Expedia se esta prestando para engañar al huesped en su pagina web

Akşam 19.00 gibi otele gitmeme rağmen oda temizleniyor gerekçesiyle bekletildim. Odada tepe lambası dışında ışıklandırma yok. Yatak minderi kalitesiz. Banyoda kullanılmış sabunlar duruyordu, temizlenmemişti.

Unmittelbar nach meiner Buchung, wurde ich nochmals telefonisch angerufen und um meine genaue Ankunftszeit, sowie besonderen Wunsch nach Ankunft gefragt. Das hatte ich zuvor nicht erlebt.
