The staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff, very helpful and welcoming. The street the hotel is on was a little dirty but nothing that was not bearable. The facilities were good although they don’t allow swimming without a cap and charge you extra for one so bring one with you. The spa treatments were in the high end and inconsistent with prices. Our room was a budget room. We were not in the room much so wasn’t bothered. Overall I would recommend as central to most sites with good transport links.

I gave 3 because of the breakfasts, it’s was way too cheap and not too many options also it’s totally not as shown in the picture as I picked out this hotel in thought that’s breakfast will be the same or better as in their display pictures, they don’t even have fruits or something make it special, same thing every single morning, however the reception and clean were fine .

The staff was kind and helpful yet the room was not equipped with extra blankets, no drawers chest to organized clothes. Very tiny room. But it did have a hair dryer, a mini fridge. No taxi drivers want to drive here. Many times had to walk to a different area or use public transportation.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Beyazıt, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are several downsides. The hotel does not offer complimentary airport transportation when booking a room. Instead, they charge £45, which is more expensive than the room itself. Noise is a major issue. Every morning, guests leave early with their families, shouting in the corridors, while others make loud noises throughout the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything—conversations, street noise, and even the lift moving up and down. Additionally, communication with customers is very poor, making it difficult to get assistance or information when needed.

This was a last minute booking of panic as the original hotel was not fit for human occupation! Having said that, it was lovely! A little language barrier with the staff but not too bad, We wish we had went to the restaurant on the first night and not the last, because the food there was magnificent! I have had surgery a few months prior and most foods can give me issues but not here, it was delicious and I'd go back just for the fajitas again! The food may look over priced at first when compared to the many many kebab places and takeaways around but if the quality doesn't satisfy you the portions certainly will, oh my goodness the plate was piled high with succulent chicken and vegetables,,,,,,, I want to go back now!!! *Wipes drool* Anyway, if I do come back to turkey I'll probably book a few nights here! Oh and the wee black cat that wanders about just outside the front door, the friendliest one in Istanbul!

You can’t go to swimming pool if you don’t buy cap

The hotel is in good location, everything was fine but indoor swimming pool was very small and tbh not even comfortable and the disgusting part was that ladies (who sits there all the time and offers massage to everyone) didn’t let us go to the pool unless we paid them 5 euros for each swimming cap. We had to buy those cheap made plastic caps (which was not worth even $0.99) to go inside the pool. I think the hotel must provide those caps for free. Other than that we enjoyed our 4 nights trip. Thanks for drop off service, car was very clean & nice and Murad was very friendly.

Terrible service! Their gym and pool are always under work, and facilities are inadequate. Rooms are not spacious enough, and there's no view from the windows. I don't recommend to anyone.

We didn’t get what we paid for that’s first We book 2 rooms with street view just so we can have window open for air rounds one of the rooms they give us with st view has a window and the second room on the other side does has a window but you can’t open it cus as soon you open the window you are right on the trash and the storage even I think it’s closed cus when you open the window there’s no sun light no air and I do has pics we ask the front desk we didn’t get the right room they say yeah sorry we full book and only this room available for now check tomorrow we check next day they say sorry still book no empty room and we did pay extra which for street view to use the window and not sure what’s wrong with the bed or room the 2 person in the that room are Waking up with itchy, red bumps on your skin does has pics also of bumps and went to the pharmacy they said it’s from beds I’m sure cus we left the window open for 10-15 min and all the bugs come in from there highly not recommended cus if you get expensive room they will give you trashy rooms after all and they didn’t give us the room we paid for on the check out they ask us to pay 50LT for one bottle water we take the first day we arrived but definitely will share that experience with family and friends and on my social media 2.3M followers with pics of the room and the red bumps on the body

The rooms to small first they give me economy room which is very small , the bed three feet from the entrance door. The room has a small window but what you see an area full of Cigarette butts. But thanks God they change that room after i tell them my booking is for deluxe room not economy, its also tiny but better than the first box they put me in .
