I had a good stay here. The staff, especially Ata and the other guy at night, were very helpful and friendly and understanding. I liked them a lot. The rooms are fine and have plenty of space. Location is okay, you can easily walk (uphill) to the main metro station and many things. Bed was comfortable. My only big problem was that even in winter, it's too hot inside the rooms and the a/c doesn't turn on, so I was a bit too hot for a great sleep. There were some very noisy party guests one night nearby, which the night staff should have corrected but didn't, but the day staff moved me to another room the next day. If they can address a bit better such problems and get the temperature control to work, I think this can be a great hotel for this price!

The hotel is very close to Osmanbay metro station. 15min walking distance from Taksim square. A lot of shops and food around the hotel. One problem is they don't have breakfast.

Terrible experience

I was the person who stayed this hotel many times before, I preferred this hotel because of it's location and silence, unfortunately it was worse than I could ever imagine, hotel is expensive for the poor quality of cleaning, furniture and beds etc. No breakfast full of guests with loud shouting voicees even at 4 am and no hint from the reception, every thing in the room are old and damaged without any maintenance, with almost half of this price you can find a hotel with very higher quality of service breakfast and comfort only 300 meters away, I really sorry for the hotel that lossing it's value by accepting all type of guests without any policy of service and only got the dubble price without giving any facilities even bed and pillows were terrible. Reservation is not friendly and in general big no to offer.

Merhaba ,12.07.2025 tarihinde 1 gece konakladık kız arkadaşımla . Lobide çalışan arkadaş çok güleryüzlüydü . Oda büyüklüğü çok iyiydi konum olarak ise gayet güzel fakat oda kokuyordu - temizlik kötüydü yatağın içinde ve üstünde tüy-kil vardı hepsini geçtim banko inanılmaz kokuyordu ve maalesef böcek doluydu . Bunlara dile getirdim hemen odayı değiştirdiler fakat geçtiğimiz diğer odada da özellikle banyoda böcek mevcuttu . Tekrardan konaklamayacağım bi yer , tavsiye etmem

Det et et hotel jeg har brugt mange gange, men desværre har de ændret maneger og medarbejder og det kan mærkes på stedet. Der er ikke styr på noget Der lå 3 elkedler på værelset og ingen virkede. Det viser sig stikkontakterne på værelset ikke virker. Så ingen køleskab eller elkedel eller opladning af tlf eller andet. Rengøring på værelserne fik vi hellere ikke. Vi klager over de ting men der bliver ikke rettet op på tingene. Både personale og maneger er meget flabet og siger det er sådan det er og hvis vi er utilfredse kan vi forlade stedet.
