Breakfast options could be better , excellent pool (depth and temperature) , not many bars or pubs in the area , yellow taxi app is a must , staff helpful but don’t really speak English, except the reception worker in the evenings he was great , overall very happy with stay!

This Hotel is part of a sports location with soccer, tennis, swimming pool and gymnastics. You can also book massages. So you might hear the soccer field. There is a large, fenced of parking, which is helpful if you have a car. My room smelled a bit damp, but was overall ok. Design was nice.

Very small nasty rooms. Smells mold. You have to pay an other $25-$30 to use the pool. No body speaks English.

Despite of solving the problems, it was after straggling and many disturbing waiting, arguments hours, still lots of stuff missing from the room as service like tissue box, safe box is locked (they can’t open it) Messy hotel

7h30 pour le petit déjeuner trop tardif, personnel nombreux , peu qualifié et ne parlant pas anglais, pareil à l'accueil, repas du soir peu varié , plein de copains autour de personnel qui nous collent et rigolent de nous... Personne ne parle anglais en Turquie, c'est un vrai problème et cela explique le peu de touristes en dehors d'Istanboul...

Hotel is volledig gescheiden van alle sport faciliteiten wat wij heel vreemd vonden. Was bruiloft 1 avond toen was t restaurant gesloten om te eten. Receptie wilden niet voor ons thuisbezorgd bellen wij waren toch maar toeristen. Alle dagen opnieuw als je hotel uit geweest ben pas activeren van hotelkamer. We vertrokken op zaterdag half 9 richting vliegveld werd ons mede gedeeld om half 8 sorry ontbijt is om 9 uur. Sta je dan in ontbijtzaal ze lopen gewoon weg. Zwaar klote dus alles bij elkaar. Hygiëne was wel prima.

BERBAT!!!

Otele giriş yaptığımızda rezervasyonumuza uygun oda verilmedi.Oda da çift kişilik büyük king yatak yoktu,2 kişilik tek yatak yanyana getirilip güya çift kişilik yatak yapılmış.Biraz dinlendik ve odada duş almak istedik,su bir soğuk bir sıcak akıyordu bir türlü su kesintisiz aynı sıcaklıkta akmadı.Daha duşta iken sular kesildi.Recepsiyonu aradık ve ne zaman suların geleceğiniz sorduk bize cevap verilmedi,sadece uğraşıyoruz dendi. Oda sigara içilmeyen odaydı ama leş gibi sifara kokuyordu,odada küllük de vardı. Oteli rezerve ederken açık büfe kahvaltı dahildi oysa sabah kahvaltısı berbattı,birkaç çeşit kötü peynir ve haşlanmış yumurta dışında minik ambalajlı reçel/tereyağı vardı,üçüncü sınıf bir pansiyonun kahvaltısından daha kötüydü,o nedenle kahvaltı yapmadık ve kahvaltı için dışarı gittik. Otel havuzunu kullanırız diye düşündük ama maalesef otele,hergün "sadece havuz kullanımı için alınan yüzlerce günübirlik müşteri nedeniyle"otelde konaklayan bizler havuza inemedik bile.Havuz kirliydi,çok kalabalıktı,insanlar balık istifiydi,sonuçta sadece otel müşterisine değil halka açık bir havuzu var. Oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum,gittiğime binpişmanım,bir daha da asla gitmem... Personele gelince inanın ortada asık suratlı recepaiyon görevlisi dışında kimseyi göremedik,kahvaltı salonunda bile kimse yoktu,yorum dahi yapamayacağım. Genel ve sonuç sıfır puan!

Not the best, better than many others,Safe choice.

Forget wi-fi!pool very good, breakfats averadge but rich.The hotel seems quite old, so it is a matter of luck whether you get a good room, or a room with "problems".But things are like this all over Istanbul, so compared to other hotels this is very good choice.10 minutes walk from metro.We stayed here one week before, and I felt disappointed mostly because of wifi, but finally I realised that this is common to hotels all over Istanbul...After all this is a safe choice...

Bij incheck ze hadden geen elektriciteit dus moet ik 1.30uur wachten tot ze kunnen kamer uitgeven aan mij . Geen excuses aangeboden ,veel lawaai in avonden kun je niet goed slapen. Ontbijt was helemaal niet goed en ze hadden oplos koffie geen koffiemachine en ham en kaas en brood erg oud.dat lijk niet van 4ster hotel.
