The staff were lovely and welcoming. We stayed for our 1st year’s marriage anniversary in the standard triple room. The room was nice and clean, albeit a lot cosier than in the photos. Sufficient for a couple but could be a little cramped for more. The building is quite old and the walls are thin, however the brickwalls adds to the charm of the place. Its location is ideal for anyone who wishes to visit the Grand Bazar, Bacila Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Haga Sophia, Balat, etc. Can all be easily walked to or via bus or tram from the nearby station

I have had a great experience with this hotel. This is exactly the place, if you want to feel the old city of Istanbul. The location is very convenient with great views of the Bosporous. I’d particularly express my appreciation to the staff of the hotel, who were always ready to help and assist. The made service was superb. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The location is very convenient with great views of the Bosporous. I’d particularly express my appreciation to the staff of the hotel, Lokman was incredibly kind, helpful, and ensured we felt at home, I messaged him several times throughout our stay and he was always so gracious. I forgot the other gentlemen name as we only interacted with him once (he is from Afghanistan). Their service was superb. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues and hopefully we will be back to Istanbul and will return here again. and the view from the terrace? THE BEST in the city!

Basic Room is tight & wifi very weak

This Basic Room only has a small opening not window, (situated high above the wall touching the ceiling) for some daylight into the room & noise from the street. This one & only Basic Room is at the basement opposite the kitchen and does not come with attached bathroom. The mattress needs changing. The plus point of this small setup is the very friendly reception that’s helpful & kind.

My recent trip to Istanbul was made all the more memorable by the hotel I chose. Its location was truly perfect, situated within easy walking distance of all the stunning mosques, making my exploration of the city incredibly convenient. The room itself was a true delight. The balcony provided breathtaking views of the city, especially during the mesmerizing sunsets. Having access to Netflix and efficient air conditioning added a modern and comfortable touch to my stay. This hotel is adorable and in a great location. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many local restaurants to choose from. Lukman was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, he made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again
