nightmare hotel
extremely bad hotel. everything is ridiculously bad. the hotel has poor ventilation, no room service, you have to ask for cleaning and washing of the room. they deliver half-dirty beds and bathroom equipment.
the staff have no communication, language and customer service skills. the reception desk is almost never staffed. staff walk around smoking indoors.
the entire reception area is characterized by smoke and the smell of smoke.
