Staff were rude on arrival. The photos and description on the Expedia website were misleading. No working wifi. The reception area was dirty. The room was dusty. Staff could not find remote for Air Conditioning, temperature was 35C degree; eventually managed to find it. TV did not have a remote so did not work. The toilet bowl moves every time you sit on it. It was so close to the wall you had to sit sideways. No toilet roll holder. No shelves in shower for soap or shower gel. Bathroom floor and shower looked like they were never cleaned; looked grimy. Room floor was never cleaned. Will never stay there again.

Horror und ekelhaft - bitte meiden

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Die Lage ist das einzige was gut ist. Allerdings sind in den Straßen Umzug dutzende Hotels die zumindest von außen einen vernünftigen Eindruck machen. Angefangen an der Eingangstor. Der Türrahmen war zerfetzt. Dann im Zimmer der Boden schmutzig. Zwei Einzelwerten statt des Doppelbettes. Der tv lies sich nicht bedienen. Das Badezimmer eine Baustelle für sich. An der Wand in der Dusche fehlten Fliesen an der Wand. Die Toilette war leider nicht sauber - sehr ekelig! Beim öffnen des Fensters (Zimmer mit Meerblick) leider immer Zigarettengeruch aus den Nebenzimmern. Das Frühstück war einfach und eigentlich kannst du nichts viel falsch machen, aber man betritt den Bereich und es riecht muffig. Frisch sahen die Auslagen leider auch nicht aus. Ebenfalls nicht empfehlenswert! Ich kann euch nur empfehlen dieses Hotel zu meiden. Und auch Hotels.com bitten, sich ein Bild von der Sache vor Ort zu machen und dieses Hotel nicht weiter anzubieten. Ich habe solche in Hotel noch nie erleben müssen. Ich hoffe ich kann euch davor bewahren diese Erfahrung machen zu müssen.

Horrible à fuir !!!

Hôtel a fuir !!! Le personnel est très arrogant, hautain et impoli, ne nous repondent même pas a nos "bonjour" mais nous regarde avec un regard froid. Odeur d'égouts qui remontent énormément. La chambre en sous-sol est hyper humide, pas propre (poussière par terre et sur les surfaces et cheveux sur les draps). Le matelas n'est pas plat, il y a des affaissement. Il y a de la moisissure sur les murs et la salle de bains. Pas insonorisé (on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres d'à côté). Les femmes de ménage parlent fort et écoutent la musique tôt le matin dans le couloir donc impossible de dormir... J'ai demandé un coussin en plus on m'a donné un coussin sal utilisé et non lavé, caché par une t'aie d'oreiller (fait devant nous sans aucun respect...). Le seul point positif c'est l'emplacement géographique.

Als erstes wurde mir ein Zimmer im Keller gezeigt (ohne Fenster und etc.). Als ich dann ein Upgrade bezahlt habe (40€ für 4 Nächte) habe ich ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick bekommen. Leider ging weder der Safe oder der Fernseher. Auf meine Frage ob man die nicht ersetzen kann meinte der Mitarbeiter das sowieso kein Safe angeboten wird (totaler Quatsch ein Safe wird angeboten siehe selbst auf der Website). Ausschlafen konnte man sowieso nicht da es kein Schild gibt zum aufstellen das die Putzfrau nicht rein kommt. Kurz und klapp die Zimmer sind schrecklich, unhygienisch und viel zu klein.

The room were very dusty and dirty.Hair and rubbish everywhere.They didn’t clean our room evening after requesting .Staff were very rude and threatening.Felt very unsafe .Never to go back in that place again.It was horrific !!!! The picture of the place on the web are different to what we got.Breakfast is on ground floor not what picture are showing .Never to recommend to person or animal!!

Çok kötü bir otel

4 gecelik konaklamada bir kere bile temizlik yapılmadı. Havlular değişmedi. Oda deniz manzaralı balkonlu olarak görünüyordu. Bunun için fiyat farkı vererek deniz manzaralı kiraladım. Ama oraya gittiğimde deniz manzaralı oda da balkon olmadığı için kalamadım. Çünkü oda da sigara içilmediği için meçburen balkonlu odaya gönderildim. Ve kara manzaralı oda da kaldım. Hiç bir şekilde müşteriye karşı ilgi,yardım ve güler yüz yok. Temizlik konusu zaten rezalet. Örtü değişimi olmadı. Havlu değişimi olmadı. Temizlik değişimi olmadı. Tam anlamıyla berbat bir otel. Odalar çok küçük. Fotoğraflarda farklı gösterip, gerçekte farklı bir işletme sistemi yöneterek insanları kandırmak hiç hoş bir davranış değil. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum
